Easy of use and user friendly. Manageable and easy software

For sales people is very beneficial
A perfect tool for outreach and analytics
What do you like best about the product?
The best part about salesloft is that its ease of integration with the CRM tool. We have also performed multiple cadences for different team members and product segments
What do you dislike about the product?
I would recommend the Salesloft team to provide more robust and fast sync with the major CRM platforms like SAlesforce, Hubspot and Odoo. Sometimes there are less features in syncing with industry leading CRM tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are performing Product segement wise Outreach for both inbound and outbound for our MDR's, SDR's and AE's. All the details are tracked in salesloft and then pushed to CRM and later to Analytics tool for more details insights.
Salesloft - selling done easy
What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft is very user-friendly, and once you get used to the platform's dashboard, it becomes easier to navigate and start cadences. We do not have a true CRM system but are using Seamless.ai for contact database and the integration is pretty seamless!
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not paying for a dialer, so I would like this option to not be available in my account. I understand trying to upsell, but it can be confusing to see the dialer options when I can trying to avoid using it. Plus if we end up using it accidentially, it will cost more money. I wish the features that we are not using just did not show up in account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had a manual process for sales so having a platform that not only sends the emails but lets you set up follow up emails, tasks, calls, events and being able to track that is amazing. It allows for accountable and better analytics for us!

Data and analytics fairly basic and limited.

There isn't anything that comes to mind.

The reporting functionality is frustrating and makes you work out of a narrow scope of detail. Clunky reporting at best.
Maybe it's because using a far superior platform spoiled me. But there are things that I took for granted that I simply don't see in this tool. For example, I wish I could do something basic like click on a cadence and sort the data by user. So many other basic examples like this. It's really frustrating.

Sales engagement - adding prospects to cadence and managing tasks. It's better than nothing I suppose.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to capture the details of the users and also easy to understand the previous activity happened on the users and also we can ensure that we do not reach out to the users multiple times by seeing the previous record

I do not dislike anything about Salesloft as this is completely user- friendly and easily accebile and also does not lag and easy to send emails and new letters and allows us to understand the activities after each email sent

Salesloft actually helps in understanding the user activities that has happened like emails, calls, Newsletters that we have sent in past and help us communicate with the users with the previous activities
