Work Life is Easier with Saleloft!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the automation. When you have so much to do, this takes something normally long and tedius off your plate. It makes setting up templates and emails easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only downside I've found is that sometimes it puts people back on a cadence that you've taken off. You need to make sure your contact information is correct and not duplicated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft solves the problem of remembering to follow up with customers. When you have many accounts, some can get lost in the shuffle and this fixes that issue. You can follow up easily and exactly when you want to.

What do you like best about the product?
Call and email tracking helps me stay on top of my warm/hot opportunities.
What do you dislike about the product?
An automated dialer would be nice but I don't have anything I dislike about the software.

Helps stay on top of prospects that are engaging in the content I am sending and identifying warm/hot prospects
Cadence Efficiency
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to sequence your cadences, allowing for fast outbound prospecting. Also great to keep track of your prospects and the traction that you're getting with them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, you'll get disconnected when working in Salesloft and connecting to a call. This is unfortunate because, as a sales professional, the first few seconds of your cold call make or break your pitch.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SalesLoft solves the problem of a lack of efficiency in other outbound methods. Gone are the days of dialing from an Excel sheet, writing down notes, then manually dialing again. With SalesLoft, you can quickly move on to the next call without manual effort.
Very resourceful and all-in-one tool for customer management
What do you like best about the product?
What I find most helpful is the Task feature. It allows me to keep track of every next step that needs to be done with my prospect.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pulling reports in a way that is more user-friendly such as being able to find info that I've pinned for a customer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking calls, touchpoints, responses from a prospect, if an email has been opened.
It's helpful because it can help me plan out my day, determine how effective emails are and keep track of my productivity.

Great service for sales and AM teams
What do you like best about the product?
Cadences are super simple t set up and track performance. Recording Zoom calls is easy to set up and very helpful for capturing important intel during calls. The fact I can monitor my prospecting, calls, and deal reviews all in one place makes my job much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I can think of is when I even slightly change an email from a cadence, then the data is not captured against that cadence (even by one or two words).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Consolidating many of my day to day activities into one location so that I don't have to be logged into several different services is a big help. Along with the fact that the integration between Salesloft and our CMS, Salesforce, is easy to set up and integrates smoothly helps to make changes in one location and have that reflected in multiple other sources.
A very user friendly CRM and also helps achieving sales goals.
What do you like best about the product?
It is really useful in terms of its accurate analytics and importantly how it automated function makes the due task easier to accomplish.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it takes time to add new leads from a connected tools such as apollo and Sales navigator but all through out it is the best CRM that I used so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it really solves the way we are inputting and managing our leads. At the same time, it facilitates all our tasks after adding a certain prospect into a cadence which is easier to see how much progress we are making.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use for prospecting & deal history! You can quickly check any replies for background on deals and track who and how you've reached out
What do you dislike about the product?
So far none, sometimes it would be great to bulk or easily remove people from cadences.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My BDR and I can easily track how and who we've reached out to accounts. I can easily track if people are receiving my emails. My manager & director can check outbound efforts.
Automation and reporting
What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft makes it really to set up cadences with automated steps so that reps can focus on tailored outreach to high-priority ICPs. Calling on the platform is really easy and I have not had any issues with connectivity. The reporting feature also helps management understand effective email templates and calling times.
What do you dislike about the product?
The filtering features could be a bit more advanced. Though you can do this in Salesforce, it would be helpful if you were able to filter by last outreach being either call or email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft is providing automation to help the sales team be more efficient. You are able to easily A/B test emails to pinpoint the best messaging for different ICPs

It can move a little slowly at certain times. the mobile app is not good

Easy use for everyday work, usually no problems.

Sometimes having difficulties importing contacts to Salesloft from Salesforce. And cadence steps disappear from dashboard.
