Salesloft's great sales platform
What do you like best about the product?
I love how Salesloft helps me stay on track! The organisation they provide makes daily workflow management a breeze. Also, the cadence steps and task reminders make it easy to follow up on leads quickly. I'm also really impressed with the call features; having access to recordings of previous calls is incredibly helpful in developing my own sales skills. Finally, the reports are so useful - not only do they give us data-driven insights into our strategies, but also great ways to find out what's working best for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the fact that SalesLoft's email monitoring and phone functions often don't work as intended or produce the desired results. In addition, there have been communication issues with Gmail, as SalesLoft takes a few weeks after an infrastructure update from either Google or other companies to adjust their platform, drastically slowing Gmail performance during this time - which is unacceptable when you rely heavily on it for your work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft helps me streamline sales activities and accelerate outreach results, so I get more leads in less time. It allows me to focus on the most important prospects by presenting data-driven insights that remove uncertainty about which messages are resonating with a particular lead in a productive way.
False promises and lied to in sales process.
What do you like best about the product?
There is no upside to using SalesLoft if I can't have the necessary data from a very poor Hubspot integration!
What do you dislike about the product?
We were lied to in the sales process! We were told that the Hubspot integration was very robust and we could map all our required fields seamlessly. After numerous meetings and requests, the solution still doesn't produce the desired functionality we desperately need for our sales teams to be effective. They even admitted two weeks ago that the integration is nowhere near where it needs to be to solve the problems so many Hubspot customers are experiencing. They told us it would be better in 8 months or so; however, what do we do in the interim?

Unfortunately, it is creating more problems than solutions!

Perfect Sales Companion
What do you like best about the product?
I found the cadences to be extremely helpful during the day to day. Previously my sales workflow has been managed through spreadsheets which can become tedious and complicated when dealing with large prospect lists. Cadences help me manage this and apply some order into what needs done next.
What do you dislike about the product?
Right now, Salesloft only partially integrates with Salesforce. By this I mean not everything is the same. Certain edits don't sync, contacts often need reimported and tasks on both platforms are completely independent. It would be really helpful if there was deeper integration here as I, and many other SDRs, tend to use both systems on a daily basis.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As mentioned, preciously the 'best' way to manage one's territory were using spreadsheets. Salesloft's cadences and analysis helps put form and insight into the overall sales strategy.

Very easy to use, look up, cross reference, keep track of and access leads and clients
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to search for any word, company or name in the searchbar to find leads in the business or category I am analyzing so my data is all in one place. It is very easy to use and the categories, ie, name, company, notes, address, etc. are visually displayed and clearly accessible. As a team, we can also cross reference leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there would be a more detailed page of the list of results after searching in the searchbar for a lead or company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have not experienced any problems with using Salesloft.
The training tool every office needs!
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the ease of use, and finding analytics so quickly is a plus! Going back and listening to recordings helps me become a better representative. We love Salesloft
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest compliant I get from others in the office is the function of a call return. Seems to get lost on your phone or on the web getting lost on a tab. Should have better improvements to work out of the app better as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to cover my tracks and not have to use my number. The ease of tracking clients, calls, and notes is convenient. It eliminates the need for paper and pen.
User Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
All in one interface, we don't have to use different tabs to perform different actions, such as emails texts, and calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
while sending bulk emails incomplete fields are not easily filled or edited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a manager it gives me bird eye view for my team, it helps me track their KPIs.
One Stop For All Needs
What do you like best about the product?
Everything is Awesome. Specially having everything needed to be on one place is a blessing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not Really. However, if we can get delivery statuses on messages, that'll be great.
