Honest Opinion
What do you like best about the product?
It is an intuitive platform to connect and keep a record of prospect outreach. Having every communication factor visible on a single page is very helpful in maintaining correspondence records.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does not Merge with SFDC on a full scale as some information is still missing from the SL page, which is crucial to have while prospecting. For example, visibility of DOT ID and Secondary contact numbers to maximize your outreach.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Usually, it is hard to keep track of all your communication mediums with a prospect while having separate software to deal with. But, with SL, it is very easy to keep all your communication on a single page and access it simultaneously.

Email limit prohibits how much out bounding can be done...

It allows me to outreach to many prospects at once which helps me save a lot of time. It also helps me stay on task.

Importing contacts can sometimes be very slow.

Being able to see what you have to get done for the day. Also helping you remember to follow up on time.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the platform which is very easy to use, populate clients and send them emails and have steps due to follow up. I also love seeing if people opened the email. It is helpful to see how many times they are opening and when they click on links.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that you can only email directly one person and have to cc everyone else. Many of my emails are to groups of people and it would be weird for me to single one person out and cc the rest of the team. I never can send emails out of salesloft in this scenario. I always have to send through outlook for group emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
allowing me to see if clients are interested - usually when a client opens an email twice, I know that at least it caught someone's attention.
Overall a great platform that enables myself and my team to meet and exceed KPIs.
What do you like best about the product?
The dashboard keeps everything organized and lets me know at a glance what I need to get done for the day. The interface is very intuitive. It has a lot of utility with extra quality-of-life functions that separate it from its competitors, such as inserting common phrases or integrating calendly links into the meeting times you send customers or prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that really gets on my nerves is that there's no way to export or import cadences from a CSV. This would enable easier collaboration across my organization with people that don't have a license able to give me feedback on my templates, whether it be technical or grammatical corrections. Also, the polling rate when writing emails is very sluggish, not a deal-breaker but something that could be improved.

It's able to integrate with our massive SFDC instance and help organize campaigns for certain personas and keep them in a steady flow whereas they might have gotten forgotten about otherwise.
Unkept Promises: Poor Integration and Performance
What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft does have a good drip campaign module and has good deliverability of emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
Aside from the overwhelming feeling that you are somehow in debt to the company, the training is confusing, wording of modules and functionalities overly complicated and perhaps most importantly, their integrations are sold as something that does not come close that what is needed for it to be considered something of value.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Unfortunately, Salesloft can't solve the problems it sets out to do. They have guaranteed seamless integrations with hubspot, and it doesn't work. I don't say this lightly. There is no one-to-one mapping; it creates more chaos than it solves because activity data isn't transferred, lead statuses don't coordinate, and phone calls aren't adequately recorded with the integration. Moreover, the platform is unreliable; it can function well one day, slow down, lag and be unpredictable the other. For any customer using hubspot, especially those that want to scale their nurture sequencing, stay way from salesloft. Not only is the platform very far from an integration that works, they have let down numerous customers due to the same empty promises of a "flawless" integration.

Keep track of emails and calls and give history on a given contact
SalesLoft is usefull help me to keeping me updating regardaing my leads

To view of LEAD saw my e-mail and all contact historics.
What do you dislike about the product?
Create Cadence > I tried but I didn't get very well yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Create a new contact person - It's is more easier than Sales Force. It's for me is great benefity to keep them on SALES LOFT x Excel report.
Business Development Executive - I use SL for inbound & outbound touch points.
What do you like best about the product?
- It's a must have, once you start using the tool you can't change to another provider. What I like most is how simple it is to use, how efficient it is, & how it saves up time for me to do other areas of work, in opposed to having to manually do everything myself.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can have a few bugs, however we find that our AM team are supper supportive in rectifying this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- time is a key one. It allows me to work on admin quicker & to effectively complete my outreaching in a timely manner. Not only does it allow me to work more productively, it allows me to work more efficiently too.
