Very useful for keeping on top of my prospecting

What do you like best about the product?
Building personalized cadences and pre set templates is very useful for processing the necessary volume of emails I need to within my outreach strategy. Furthermore, I like that I can add snippets and schedule emails on the time and day I want to send them out.
What do you dislike about the product?
What would be even more useful is if Salesloft fed back information about the best time of day and day of the week when my emails have the best open rate and response rate, so that I could leverage that in my outreach. Currently, I have to play around to see what works.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me to stay up to date with how much activity I am putting in week to week, so that I have something to look back on when I am (or am not) hitting my targets and my goals when it comes to getting new business meetings booked.

Nothing of dislike thus far, overall a very good product.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can create content, share content, and get reporting on prospect activity for each email sent
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think the reporting on activity is completely accurate by contact.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft allows for me to connect with prospects much quicker and keeps me on track with follow up when using cadences.

What do you like best about the product?
You can reach out to many people at lots of different companies at the click of a button. Personally, I find it useful for hitting my daily KPI's and putting people into nurture cadences.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest issue for me personally is the lack of integration with salesnav/linkedin. There is no functionality that allows me to track my linkedin conversations effectively. For example, a person replies in salesnavigator or see my message, salesloft does not tell me about what is happening. All of the issues I have stem from the lack of linkedin/salesnav functions being present in cadences and tracking. I have used salesloft since 2020 and whilst there have been improvements, this falls way behind.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me hit my daily KPI's of 100 emails and 30 calls. It also allows me to create nurture cadences to allow me to rengage, aging leads. It also allows me to connect with people through salesnav and inmail, however this function leaves a lot to be desired.

Fantastic product, superb implementation support, top-notch CS and tech support

What do you like best about the product?
The product is top-notch, miles ahead of the "other" product you use to, ahem, outreach. Lots of reviews on the product itself, so I won't go on and on about that.

In terms of the implementation services we purchased from Salesloft, our assigned representative Marcus was top-notch. There's literally nothing I can think of that could be improved - he was a kind human, very knowledgeable, patient, helpful and invested in our success and not just treating this implementation as just another "transaction." Trust me, I know how rare that is and how "nothing could be improved" sounds - but it's true.

We had some major personnel changes in the middle of implementation, and he took it in stride, extended our implementation period to accommodate, etc. Marcus is a true credit to your organization, and given how important first impressions are, that's a big deal.

Office hours twice a day, every day - with high-end, very knowledgeable resources *instead of* the typical office hour people at other companies who constantly say "hmmm... I'm not sure, check with support" is truly incredible. They dig in deep to your exact scenario, offer up best practices, etc.
- it's a fantastic resource.

Written documentation and videos are terrific. Haven't gone through any webinars or the "university" yet, but will do in the future - I'm sure they are great as well.

The one thing I'll add to what others have said all over the web is that the flaky Salesloft browser extension is disappointing. But in the grand scheme of things, a 60-second uninstall/reinstall process is something our team will gladly live with given all of the other excellent things about the product.

What do you dislike about the product?
Oops, mentioned it above, but the browser extension that stops working several times a week is pretty disappointing. I really hope that will be addressed, because that's the only negative thing I can think of. Actually, one more thing - wish we could map any fields from Salesforce to a Salesloft phone field, and use that in the dropdown for the Salesloft dialer. For example, we have to map our switchboard field to "home phone" in Salesloft. Very minor though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Compared to another leading product, Salesloft has better outreach in general to our prospects, combined with a much more intuitive interface without things broken up in various areas, inability to customize things, inability to easily move people between sequences, etc. (Again, the negatives are about the "other" product, not Salesloft.)

What do you like best about the product?
The fact that i can easily copy numbers from my work CRM and call with Salesloft while continuing to look for other potential customers at the same time. Honestly, every CRM that i have worked with in the past never made the daily basis work look so easy as much as Salesloft.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that I always have to look for a call recording page by page and number by number until i actually do, it can be very hard for someone like me who calls at least 80 call a day. adding a search section where we can look up call recordings can be very helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Multitask, change numbers constantly in order to not appear as a spam to potential clients, I am definitely more productive since i started using SL, my Team performance has also increased compared to before.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to build cadences, snippets resource, reports about personalization level, activity, rankings, level of success by cadence and coaching dashboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
A little bit slow to load contacts and accounts. Some issues with Linkedin integration. Wont let you upload an account from Salesforce if there is no account website information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping to organize my emails through cadence building/schedule. Analytics helps to compare my results with team results.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the usage, its very powerful and helpful when prospecting or following up with customers
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like there is a lot more to do with it thatI don't know. There are many options or buttons that I don't normally use and we've had some problems with the calendar scheduling and I've had some kind of bug telling me that a mail is being open even when its hasnt
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My main problem is that I usually forget or dont have time to follow up on new customers so I can create a cadence and keep the follow up process through Salesloft
