great product to help with selling process
What do you like best about the product?
It is very user friendly.I find out very easy to navigate through it and when I have issues someone from salesloft is usually willing to help with any questions I may have.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like salesloft to have a better integration with salesforce. The data from salesforce does not transfer over to salesloft. It would be great if I only had to add data to one platform and not both.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft helps me with outreaching customers. I have hit my daily call goals very easily on a daily basis becuase of how simple it is to use the platform. I can also send many emails.

What do you dislike about the product?
SalesLoft is a powerful sales engagement platform with numerous benefits, but there are areas that could be improved to enhance the overall user experience. Addressing concerns related to pricing, implementing a more comprehensive onboarding process, improving email deliverability, expanding social media integration, and enhancing reporting and analytics capabilities would further solidify SalesLoft as a top-notch sales engagement solution. Despite these critiques, SalesLoft remains a valuable tool for optimizing sales processes and driving revenue growth.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think saleforce is going to introduce Rhythm anytime soon. Which I believe will help me progress my opportunities by acting as a workflow platform for revenue. This is very helpfule getting information & assistance I need without going outside Salesloft.
I also love the way salesloft is improving their integration with other platforms so I don't have to go outside salesloft to update my other tools. Nor have to go open tools to get info from them when everything you need is connected via salesloft.

Streamlining my Outreach
What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft has been a game-changer for me. The platform's ease of use is remarkable, making it simple to navigate and get up to speed quickly. Being able to put someone into a cadence streamlines my outreach & makes sure the product I'm selling stays top of mind. SalesLoft also allows me to automate and personalize my outreach effectively. It saves valuable time b/c I don't have to send emails one by one.
What do you dislike about the product?
N/a - haven't had any issues using the platform
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft puts everything I need in one place. From contact information to email templates and analytics, the platform centralizes all the essential tools for successful sales outreach. I no longer need to switch between multiple software or tabs, which significantly improves my productivity and efficiency.

Sometime the downtime , when i have a outbound call , im still receiving inbound call.

On how to easily send the email to a different person by having a templates and cadences

the fact that someone calls you back and the page that openes is not the customer page, should link directly with the customer page with all the data.

how accurate email opens + clicks are, unable to see who is calling me back/cannot pick up incoming calls

Salesloft is an essential part of my daily performance
What do you like best about the product?
Highly organized and intuitive - makes tracking your daily efforts easy. Easy to add new contacts to cadence and manipulate steps as necessary. We have customized our cadences for our various target audiences and this enables us to drill into the specific points of interest that are relevant to the potential cstomers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The phone dialer can get "hung up" sometimes and the call will just sit there after the dial button has been pressed with a long delay before engaging. Also, the most common annoyance is that the extension number has to often be manually removed before dialing because the dialer recognizes it as part of the number and rejects the call as invalid.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Streamlining the entire call / email outreach process. I have used an old fashioned spreadsheet and checked items off as I called or emailed in previous jobs and Salesloft is by far the most efficient method for an outbound sales team to do its job.
SalesLoft has really helped me stay organized.

The Conversation tab. I can get data and transcripts from my recordings and can watch/listen to other calls easily as well

I wish I could pull data and make reports easier.

Keeps track of all my calls and emails, as well as alerts me when people are opening or clicking in my emails

What do you like best about the product?
I like how it gives us option to create different kind of cadences fit on what is your purpose of the contact.You can even create tasks per contact and set reminder and the great thing about it is that it can be integrated to a system that I am currently using.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot think of anything that I do not like about it. Every function that is inside the Salesloft is very useful for me to achieve my goal as an Inside Account Manager
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is providing notes history of a specific account and contact and this helps a lot on how the next approach I will be doing in achieving good relationship either to a prospect or to my existing contacts and accounts.
Could live in Salesloft all day if I could

I get a lot of use out of the cadence organization and the ability to launch and maintain messaging from one page

Honestly cannot think of anything I dislike.
