Consistently Reliable, Best Emailing Service I've used
What do you like best about the product?
I've used Salesloft across two different positions at two different companies, one with a focus in sales and another from a marketing perspective. In both cases Salesloft has been an essential tool in helping me meet my business needs. I mainly love how intuitive the tools are with the commands such as {{First_name}} that help keeping me from a lot of time of deleting and typing for hundreds of emails by auto filling the names for me. Salesloft has also helped me with team to team and employee to employee communication with the way its cadence structures are set up. With the current cadence system I've been easily able to share marketing objectives and focuses with sales teams by building out cadences to share. The cadence structure has also allowed me to get emails to multiple people out fast which was important during my time in sales.
Overall Saleslofts main strengths are that it is consistently reliable, intuitive and helps me save time in my busy work schedule.

What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest in the amount of time I've spent using Salesloft I have never run into any issues that couldn't be chalked up to human error. The system is truly reliable, couldn't recommend enough.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft has helped me mainly with communicating with my team or other teams company-wide and has helped me with my productivity through its ability to save me time with its intuitive cadence system. Salesloft is a great ground for email experimentation and I think adding more options will only increase the benefits Salesloft can bring to both a sales and marketing team.

What do you like best about the product?
i really like the new feature rhythm. I think it's easier to finsih my tasks every day and make sure to target the right most engaged tasks first. overall a great tool and helps me in my daily work.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like it was kind of messy with the new feature, but it has gotten better with time. sometimes it's loading very slowly. but overall sverything is working
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
easy to call perople and log the calls, track if they are opening my emails, and if they are engaged. it also keeps me on track with following up with tasks and stuff.

Few times there's latency issues. The back end of SalesLoft does not mesh well with HubSpot.

Finding prospects which is very helpful in Sales

What do you like best about the product?
You can do all stuffs in Salesloft, you can call, email basically everything. Very convenient to use!

None so far, all features are very helpful especiall y to me as an account development representative.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking of emails and outbound calls. Its beneficial on my part because it helps me track all the emails and calls conveniently.

What do you like best about the product?
As an admin in setting up everyone's account with Salesloft, they make the process easy from your live webinars, online knowledge base, and scrorecard + a personal Salesloft advisor during onboarding. Their system has so many fetaures, in addition to incorporating AI!
What do you dislike about the product?
When buying the product as a really small company, the minimum users is 4. We only needed 1-2 users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about the product?
I love how much information we're provided and the structure. It's also equipped with AI for efficiency and tons of data to measure my success.

The structure of the interface is a little complex. It'd be nice if it was a bit simpler

What do you like best about the product?
The voicemail drop feature is great. I love keeping track of steps in the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Conductor AI is a waste of space. It loads slow. UI is messy and a headache. It doesn't make sense. It seems they ran to market with something AI to achieve the AI race, however, it provides no benefits or value. Salesloft makes sales processes more complex. Salesloft seems to be moving to becoming end-to-end sales intelligence platform, but there's nothing intelligent about any of the new features or products they have released. Integrations are buggy, the system shoots errors, and the platform runs slow

They seems to be in the business of sales intelligence. I haven't recieved any intelligence from Salesloft though

Salesloft makes my job easier!
What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to see all the steps I need to complete in one place and that I can easily see all my interactions with prospects. I also love being able to schedule emails to be sent at a later date and time. It's also great that it integrates with Outlook so I can insert my Salesloft templates if I'm sending an email from Outlook. Also, being able to include a link to schedule a meeting in my signature has been great! I've gotten a few meetings booked that way.There is a lot to appreciate about Salesloft!
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, the only thing that I find really bothersome so far is the pinned notes. It's really annoying when there is a pinned note (with information that's no longer relevant) from one or two years ago that's always sitting at the top of the page, and most of the time when I try to unpin it I get an error message. It would be great if pinned notes were only pinned for the user that pinned them, if that makes sense.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the main "problem" for my role, which is being able to easily send emails and make calls from one convenient place. It's benefitting me by making me more effecient at my job.
Salesloft Is A Gamechanger
What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft is very easy to use once you get all the set up completed. The cadences are amazing and have increased the number of leads we have gotten over the past year.
What do you dislike about the product?
The product is sometimes clunky BUT the team is always on hand to help you work through any issues you may have in the beginning setup. Once you get used to the product, its great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a CRM to help with our email cadences. The email platform is very easy to see what is working, what isn't, A/B testing, and much more.
