What do you like best about the product?
I like that it gives really good analytics to how you're leveraging conversations with your team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the UI and the toggle buttons change when I need them to stay
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us to understand where we might need extra coaching, where we can add more personalization, and how to prioritize tasks.

Nothing I gained zero value from this tool for my company

-customer service is terrible
-product is extremely difficult to navigate or use on a day to day basis
-There are plenty of other providers in this space that achieve similar results and do not cost as much and have better support.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
none they ruined my business development plan for a month and a half, costed my company an extensive amount of money and then pretty much had no solution for me and responded with " sorry we can note that for your renewal" Terrible buisiness ethics and morals never using this company ever again.

I honestly can't think of anything I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Without it, my day would be an unorganized mess. I would have to rely on excel sheets to manage my day

Easy to set up and create cadences, manage pipelnine etc

Not much to be honest. easy to use and clear scheduling.

The system is easy to use. If it would work consistantly, but the system is buggy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customer Success Managers do not do their job. If an issue is only effecting a single user, it seems to be unworthy of their attention.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When the system works, which is not always the case, it allows me to do what I need to do in a timely manner, and provides intelligence into how my emails are performing.

Their customer service is amazing, user face friendly and the website is easy to navigate.

The new interface is a bit busier and harder to focus

It is helping me become very efficient with selling!

What do you like best about the product?
They have pretty good customer service, they just launched Rhythm which is AI generated recommendations for workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
We switched from using a different software, and I did enjoy the other one more. I wished there was a way to connect our CRM and Salesloft for a better on-the-go functionality, there are some glitches that happen here and there.

I think they're constantly working on getting better, especially with the AI integration
Great CRM for a fraction of the cost of SalesForce
What do you like best about the product?
Sales loft has a very user friendly interface. Merging other products seems to be easier than most crms out there since it is more recognized. Setting up users was very simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can still be tricky integrating salesloft into other platforms. I'm assuming it will get better with time. But I'd still use salesloft over sales force because of the price difference.

Salesloft keeps track of all the cutsomee data. You can also use it for reminders to follow-up with customers.

Digital dialing made it easier and faster to do high velocity sales

There are times where call recordings are not captured

Great Platform for Sales Reps
What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft is great at keeping me on track for my sales outreach while also keeping me accountable. I love the ways you can complete sales outreach, whether it's via cadence or a "rhythm".
What do you dislike about the product?
Not everything is set up to where you can accomplish your tasks in the most efficient way. Processes oftentimes take longer due to how Salesloft is organized.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft provides an accessible and efficient way to complete daily sales outreach. Without Salesloft, my daily output metrics would likely be much lower.
