    Marketing and Advertising

It is great for some things but not great for more things

What do you like best about the product?
-Creating hot leads for us
-Clean view when calling
-Ability to sort by time zone
What do you dislike about the product?
-Since rhythm has been going, the home dashboard is a total mess. Now when you are working on something then want to back track you basically just have to go to the home screen again and start back over to get into whatever you were doing. No longer saves our sort preferences, like by time zone. Tasks are a disaster. They used to be so easy to use and find and do follow ups and now each time I have to go and sort and filter to find them. The tracking doesn't show much regarding details, even HubSpot provides more info as far as website and email opens go.

There needs to be more customizations as well. For meetings, I want a full connect with Salesforce and Chorus so that I can see how the demo went in Salesloft and then it would allow Salesloft to automatically know if someone attended a meeting or not. The signature section is so hard to do formatting with it is pathetic.

Having cadence step completed, skipped, etc. in the activity window clogs up the feed so much that I then have to go to emails and phone tabs to quickly view. Cadence step completed/skipped etc. should just be in the cadence tab so people can easily view what they most often will be viewing, calls, emails, and tasks. When scrolling at a contact's previous activity, there shouldn't be the see more button, allow for continuous scrolling. Make it more functional for workers who need to quickly view something. Same goes for working a cadence step, when I want to scroll through my people, I can see so few, I have to hit see more for every 5 people! Then if I click on someone else's name, complete a task, boom, have to hit see more again.

The reporting needs to have different options for viewing like creating charts and really being able to customize reports.

The connection with Salesforce as far as inbound leads go and importing to Salesloft creates duplicates and it is annoying.

For emails being sent, I want more details visible and sometimes who knows why, I can't hit reply on emails from prospects, I have to go to gmail and do it or create a new one.


The LinkedIn send a message pop up box is so tiny, you can't even use it fully. The layout/design needs to allow for ease of use for us. Also,

What do you like best about the product?
Dialing, CRM integration, ease of use, aesthetic, analytics tracking, etc. etc.

It is truly a great tool and I use it on a day to day basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
N/A.

Nothing on the mind at the moment. It truly is a great tool for what we use it for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dialing, setting myself up for consistent outreach for prospects (cadences, etc).

Storing my prospects and seeing old touchpoints, etc.

Analytics are great for touchpoint tracking, etc.

Recorded calls, and so much more.

What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of the tool. The app allowed me to see who was reading my emails, how quick I should reach out to them.

Setting up sequences was tough at times.

Ability to set up cadences or sequences. Email tracking. Mass sending of emails.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Salesloft is that it offers easy sales engagement modules like email tracking, cadence management, and direct calling features.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike about Salesloft is that sometimes the emails don't get delivered automatically and sometimes they end up in spam folders.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft provides an efficient sales outreach process that eliminates manual and time-consuming outreach processes. Also, tracking and managing leads across different stages of the sales funnel has become very easy and organized.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft is very easy to use even if you are just a newbie. I use it daily from 3pm to 9pm and not so hard to implement. Our IT guys integrated it with our CRM. All the features are useful in our Sales Department. In addition, it offers a round the clock customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is this one time, some time in August, where there were no call recordings for the whole shift.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has increased our number of daily activies since we dont have to manually dial each and every clients number on the Avaya. In effect, it contributed to a higher total sales by our Team.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to keep a tab of my calls and emails through the analytics feature.

There is nothing I disliked about SalesLoft. Working perfectly for the work I do.

What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is easy to use and it automatically sorts the contact to provide a smooth work flow based on time and locations.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has glitches and sometime it get stucked while disposing the calls and sending emails by cadence.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The automation and modern sorting features saves a lot of time and also emails or calls be scheduled automatically giving me time to do some extra work .

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the automation and cadence feature. It is very easy to create cadences and the integration with salesforce and zoominfo is seemless. I use Salesloft for dialing prospects everyday.
