What do you like best about the product?
I like the breadth of data available and the ease of use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that it doesn't always import the information I need, like office phone number, from Salesforce.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft makes it easy to meet call metrics and track my progress. It also gives me the ability to track previous contact with customers all in one place.

Having all account and client information centralized in one place is very convenient. The platform is user-friendly, making it simple to locate whatever you need.

Some things do not transfer over from Sales Loft.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Salesloft for eight months, primarily to organize my daily work steps, and I appreciate how it has streamlined these processes. I found the setup to be remarkably easy, which allowed me to get started without any hassle. The software excels in organizing all of my leads into cadences, which facilitates an efficient calling strategy. I particularly value its ability to arrange leads by time zone, enabling me to target calls in the same time zone simultaneously, thus optimizing my workflow. This organizational feature ensures that my day runs smoothly, enhancing overall productivity. The time zone and priority organizational capabilities are standout features that significantly aid in managing my daily tasks. Furthermore, I appreciate the seamless integration with Salesforce, which complements its ease of use and enhances my workflow experience.

Sometimes Salesloft gets glitchy with my screen, causing technical issues.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the rhythm feature—it helps me keep track of how many tasks I have left for the day and lets me see the types of tasks remaining. I also enjoy using the live studio; being able to see who else in the company is dialing motivates me to make more calls myself. Additionally, I find the prospecting result analytics very useful. Understanding my connect rate and knowing the times when I’m most likely to reach my prospects is important to me.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, Salesloft can feel a bit sluggish. For instance, today after I finished a call and logged it as completed, Salesloft didn’t automatically move on to the next person to dial. I had to refresh the page myself in order to continue to the next contact.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft helps me keep my leads organized within Salesforce. While Salesforce is a solid CRM, without Salesloft and its cadence features, my daily workflows would be much less clear and more disorganized. Salesloft makes it easy for me to see exactly who I need to call each day and ensures that I contact my leads as many times as my company requires.

What do you like best about the product?
I use SalesLoft every single day. It helps me stay organised and on top of what I have to do: who I need to contact, when I need to call, and which leads to follow up with. Having everything inside one platform — from lead lists to call tools to email sequences — means I don’t lose time switching apps, hunting down a phone number or forgetting what I promised to do next.

One of the biggest upsides is how it keeps my outreach consistent and efficient. I can build cadences (email → call → LinkedIn touch) and follow them without reinventing the wheel each time.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I dislike about SalesLoft is that I often have to refresh the page for updates to appear. For example, after making changes or completing a task, I don’t immediately see the update reflected until I refresh manually, which can interrupt my workflow.

Another thing I wish were improved is the visibility of cadence history. Right now, it’s easy to see if a contact is currently active in a cadence, but there’s no clear way to tell if that person has previously gone through one — or when they were added or completed it. Having a timeline or quick indicator showing a contact’s past cadence activity (with dates) would make it much easier to track engagement history and avoid re-adding the same person by mistake.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SalesLoft helps me manage my daily outreach in an organized and efficient way. It solves the problem of keeping track of dozens of leads and follow-ups by giving me a clear structure and reminders of who to contact and when. It also centralizes my communication — emails, calls, and LinkedIn touches — all in one place, which saves a lot of time and keeps everything consistent.

It also helps me stay aligned with my team since all our activities and results are visible in one shared platform. Overall, it’s made my workflow more productive and ensures I never miss an important follow-up or opportunity.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft helps me manage and scale my outreach efficiently. The analytics and activity dashboards make it easy to measure performance and optimize messaging. It’s become an essential part of my daily workflow for prospecting and pipeline generation.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, sync delays between Salesloft and Salesforce can cause minor data mismatches, especially with updated contact fields. The reporting filters could also be more flexible for granular analysis by campaign or account. Other than that, it’s very reliable and continues to improve with each update.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft helps streamline and organize my outbound prospecting process. It allows me to manage cadences efficiently, automate follow-ups, and personalize outreach at scale — saving time while maintaining quality engagement. With its analytics and activity tracking, I can see what’s resonating and adjust messaging quickly. This has improved my response rates, increased pipeline generation, and made collaboration with AEs much smoother.
