Very effective to track conversation history of a prospect.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to learn and use for an entry level SDR. Functionalities available to add all kind of information regarding a conversation history with a prospect. Notes, pins, alternative numbers, call notes etc.
Cadences at different stages of a prospect is greeat. Bulk and mass emailing at ease.

What do you dislike about the product?
Plugins. Chrome plugin was a work in progress for a very long time but I believe recently fixed. But I still believe other plugins have issues like zoom.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Maintain touch points by Automated Email cadences. Outbound calling, sharing call recordings, seeing conversation history with a customer across the entire company.
Warning: Avoid Salesloft due to their subpar product and aggressive sales tactics.
What do you like best about the product?
While our experience with Salesloft's sales team and customer service was extremely disappointing, the product itself did have some useful features that helped us with our SDR process. However, the company's aggressive sales tactics and inflexibility ultimately outweighed any potential benefits. We would caution others to carefully consider these factors before committing to Salesloft's product."
What do you dislike about the product?
We purchased Salesloft's product a year ago, and upon signing up, we were led to believe that we were committing to a one-year contract with a clear start and end date. However, their Master Service Agreement (MSA) states that the product will auto-renew unless otherwise specified on the order form. Despite the order form indicating a one-year subscription, Salesloft claims that we are subject to auto-renewal.
The company makes it difficult to cancel by requiring a 60-day notice period and forcing customers to speak with a sales agent.
When the subscription renews, they send threatening emails and attempt to coerce customers into prepaying for the entire year or risk being sent to collections. This lack of empathy and transparency is concerning.
As a business owner with over 20 years of experience, I have never encountered such aggressive renewal tactics.
Salesloft's pushy sales team has been trying to increase our licenses, threatening a 7% annual increment if we don't comply. When we attempted to reduce our licenses, they claimed that we needed to notify them 60 days in advance, which was not possible.
We are now being forced to renew at a higher rate per year, with no option to reduce our licenses.
This inflexibility and disregard for customer service are major red flags. I strongly advise others to exercise caution when considering Salesloft, as their tactics can be detrimental to customers.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
While Salesloft's product showed some promise, particularly in our SDR & outreach process, the company's aggressive sales approach and inflexible policies ultimately made it a poor choice for our business.
Salesloft is a great tool to stay both efficient and organized
What do you like best about the product?
The best is the greatly increased productivity without giving up the quality in the outreach.
What do you dislike about the product?
That there is no reverse function when you type your message. Like the one you can find when writing an email in outlook, if you change your mind, and you want to go back to an earlier version of the message, as far as I can see, that cannot be done. You will then either re/write the message *always time consuming to have to type all over again, and you will always miss something from past writing ..... I would love to such a function added. Right now, I have to just close the message without saving and start all over with my initial blanket email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have a huge market to cover with +15 countries in EMEA. I wouldn't be able to reach all of leads in each country with consistency - a consistency that is key to the results. Instead it would have been a sporadic here and there across the region, and a very stressed BD who would not be able to reach target goals in terms of delivery of opportunities.
The best solution for managing your outreach efforts
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to upload contacts in bulk, set a sequence and shoot them all automatically with custom dynamic fields for name and company name.
What do you dislike about the product?
They lack the ability to customize each mail to participants in the sequence after starting it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
the ability to automate mass outreach, reaching to many different contact at once, with a cadence that can feel personal.
Effective, but could have some tweaks
What do you like best about the product?
Automation of the persons time zone has been helpful, Interface becomming better.
What do you dislike about the product?
Help articles not being clear, the google ex not allowing yuo to have more than one person in the first line of recipents.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not manually sending out emails to everyone when I can add them into my cadences.
This tool is easy to use and useful.
What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft helps to see the activities to be done, we can also see with the live feed the latest actions of our leads. We can also see our number of activities and the number of leads that we have passed into opportunity which helps us to control our pipeline.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no real downside of using Salesloft. Despite a few glitches where it disconnects us during calls and cannot reach our leads, it remains a very good tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The business problem that Salesloft helps me solve is tracking emails, calls or even voicemail from the lead. It's also easy to find all my activities for the week or even the month.
Solid
What do you like best about the product?
I like the cadences view. It keeps things easy. It's an easy platform to call off of.
What do you dislike about the product?
Doesnt always integrate perfectly with Salesforce.

I live in Salesloft
What do you like best about the product?
As a salesloft user for a couple years, its live dashboard (email opens, clicks etc) has helped me book more meetings.
Use of AI to bump up prospects who are more active in cadences

What do you dislike about the product?
None really great platform. Since I have a lot of people in my cadence sometimes it forces me to target low priority people since loading later tasks can cause it to stall
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing me to keep track of my prospects
Amazing tool for Sales representatives and managers
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the cadences and the graphics in order to check the teams performance and development
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to match the conversations with Gmail and Salesforce
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It shows me the emails and calls performed by my team, also it allows me to listen the calls live.
Monitoring Salesloft as an SDR Manager
What do you like best about the product?
Simple interface
Easy to edit cadence steps (can drag and drop - unlike how Outreach used to be)
Team productivity is a useful part of analytics

What do you dislike about the product?
Cannot drill into the analytics as well as I'd like to. When I want to drill into cadence analytics like opens + replies from the Activity section (I need to go into emails and sort from there)
From the home page, rhythm is not accurate so it creates a bit of extra noise
Sometimes when reps are making calls, it jumps to the next step randomly or they lose the function to log + complete

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft is giving us the accurate KPI data to ensure reps are tracking to hit quota
It allows reps to complete activties efficiently and also ensure touchpoints are met (through a cadence) - so more of an organisational tool
