What do you like best about the product?
I like how it organizing my day and keeps me on track with my tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
The new orientation has been weird to navigate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was having a hard time keeping on track and making sure that my tasks are completed. We try to touch each person every 3-5 days and it helps to have Salesloft monitor that.

What do you like best about the product?
through it I can send emails make calls and text clients and all in one.
integrates with so many platforms that ease my job
their customer support is great as well, very responsive to my needs, which is why I use it daily
What do you dislike about the product?
so far no dislikes about salesloft except for the calendar link I insert on my emails... sometimes it gets my emails to the client's junk email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
sending mass emails, which is rare especially that it makes zero mistakes.

What do you like best about the product?
It has a simple interface
Color scheme is nice and neutral
Despite its flaws, still a great outreach tool

Gets laggy sometimes
Really dont like the new updates
Lots of room for imrovement UI wise
AI element added is quite faulty - lots of tweaks needed

What do you like best about the product?
Its way of scheduling.
Cadences.
Reminders.
Organization.
Most of its features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I use SalesLoft to send some emails in Arabic, but when mixed with English, it mixes the entire email and the order of words and directions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling my next steps with my clients and even automating some of the actions save me time, efforts and the need of paper.

What do you like best about the product?
The cadences allow me to cater a unique sales process to different types of prospects. I've had situations where a prospect told me no, I put them in a SL cadence that had me nudging them with emails once or twice a quarter, then soon enough they reach back out. I also like how easily it integrates with other services like salesforce and chilipiper which allows me to research, call, and book demos easily among the three platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that I can't change my number as easily and frequently as an auto dialer like Orum.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
without salesloft, I wouldn't be able to prioritize or organize my outreach. It's directing my day-to-day outreach and cataloging value props and notes from previous calls which allows me to move quickly but inteligently.

The reminders that it keeps sending help in following up with the leads on time with calls, LinkedIn, and multiple other platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Multiple reminders and overdues which is a good thing actually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It doesn't allows to skip any of the follow-ups which is a very good part considering my role.

Tracks everything you do in each account and this helps guide you as you move forward through the process of selling your product

The only thing I would suggest is giving us the option on weather we need to send a meeting invite to the client or not

What do you like best about the product?
All of my best opportunities have been identified initially by salesloft outreach emails.
Outlook interface, which makes it look like I sent the email personally, not through an email marketing tool like HubSpot.
Flexibility with Cadence steps
Alerts on email open and website visit activity
Salesforce integration, and updating (updates could be faster)
Salesloft as an application is the fastest rendering UI out of all my applications that I use, when I click on the SL icon, it comes up immediately.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more analytics for the alerts and types of alerts for emails opened, who is opening them, and any additional activity around the SL emails sent. The number of times the email is opened can mean many things, and if I had more insight to the email activity it would be extremely helpful.

Account creation from SalesForce can create more accounts than needed in SalesLoft if some of the contacts from SalesForce are LEADS, which have different account names than the main Account Contacts. Should be a way to correct this in SalesLoft, so all leads and contacts for the same actual Account are organized better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Increasing my pipeline, with very hard to reach individuals

Using Salesloft to communicate with customers.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the features and the ease to complete a variety of tasks for my customers all in one place. I also appreciate the fact that I get reminders of things to do to continue to overall communication and support of my customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would prefer that the automated reminders disspaear at a specific time if they are not used.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to schedule meetings with my customers and it automatically adds them to my calendar is great. This of course is aided by the fact that Salesloft is sync with Salesforce as well.
