What do you like best about the product?
I like the way SalesLoft works, and how easily we can manage our new old, and existing leads.

Sometimes we have too much dues left. Activities late update in the dashboard.

The major problem solved by SalesLoft is, how can optimize the email follow-ups to the leads.

The email tracker is the best thing in SalesLoft, you can approach the client once he/she opens your mail and get more engagement through this.

Awesome Platform for Lead Management & to Boost Productivity
What do you like best about the product?
The platform has a very user friendly interface. You can create cadences for different type of services/products, that you can easily send to the leads with minor changes, instead of writing complete emails from scratch.Real-time activity tracking can be done & reports can be fetched easily. It can also be integarted with your calendars & automatically blocks time on calendar when your lead would schedule a meeting from the salesloft meeting link that you can add in your Signature. I use this plaform on daily basis which has helped me improve my productivity at work so far.
What do you dislike about the product?
No dislikes as of now. The portal is working really good.

We can check open rate click rate, reply rate for the cadences created & it helps in optimizing those cadences time to time.
It helps in regular follow ups as it gives reminder, otherwise one would forget to send reminders.

I think we are still working through some bugs but I feel that once issues are addressed they are fixed pretty quickly

What do you like best about the product?
Great tool for communicating with new and existing client base. Very good sales tracker as well as automated email cadances, texting tools and follow up reminders. I also love the ability to see when a customer opens my emails which promts me to follow up. It allowed me to keep on top of new leads and potential buyers very easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think there was anyting I didn't like. There may have been some functions I didn't use, but I liked all I ustilized.

I manage hudreds of leads at any given time and salesloft keeps me on top of the the clients interactions as well as the steps we have completed or yet to complete.

Salesloft puts everything in front of you when calling your prospects and allows you to make notes

The orgnization of it and the reminder of what my task are daily. Lovew the voice mail drop option. still learning to use the analytics but I know that's grreat to have for which Emails are being opened and what subject titles are being opened.
What do you dislike about the product?
3 things.
1st...I cant change the name of my voice mail templates. I have names for them now but I want to title them differently and cant unless I re-record them.
2nd...I dont like that I have to go back to Salesforce to edit the person. I should be able to do it right from the loft screen and it synch to salesforce but cant.
3rd....When I am removing someone from the cadence after a call is recorded I have to stop and go the the person and them take them off the cadence. I should be able to do it right then on the call screen.

my inability to get to my prospecting, salesloft has it all in front og me, easy to use and get a bunch of emails out with the schedule all feature.

Occsaoinlly, it does not communicate well with salesforce. Conacts are not swtiched to in progress, or abandoned leads/contacts in salesloft don't abonden on salesforce
