One of the most effective and best software to follow up with active leads and generate reports
What do you like best about the product?
The reports generated with the software are really helpful and it helps in following up with the active leads in most of the most effective ways customizing it as per the nature of the leads.

What do you dislike about the product?
The overdue sometimes gets accumulated and needs to be dealt with at war footing but this is something for our good.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The SalesLoft id allows me to follow up with the active leads and lets us know the open rate and click rate of the emails as well.
This segregates our data and helps in reaching out the active clients in an aggressive manner.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I'm seeing the other side of the Sales Engagement space. As a previous Outreach user, I'm very familiar with the functionality of these platforms and it's been itneresting doing a side by side comparison
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not as intuitive as Outreach. It's hard to put a finger on it as to why but the platform does not run as smoothly as I recall Outreach running

It's solving the manual and disorganized aspect of tracking sales engagement activity and helps provide insights into the effectiveness of sales activity

Salesloft is one of the best software to manage your sales leads and follow up on them
What do you like best about the product?
It is one of the best software to follow up with the sales leads that you have and keeps reminding you about the tasks that are due to be completed within the given time frame according to the cadence that we can customize as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the calls get dropped automatically rest everything is OK
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem that is encountered is missing the follow-ups on the sales leads. To solve this we can easily go to the overdue section and complete all the steps in one go as per the cadence and reach the prospects. We can also track the outbound calls if the prospect is calling at odd hours.

What do you dislike about the product?
I genuinely love using Salesloft, and cannotimagine my life without it. It is a "NEED", raher than just a "want" (for all verticals). I really had to think about this question, as it was difficult to come up with anything,to be honest! Upon reflecton, in the EdTech space specifically, there are a few areas where I see room for enhancement that would make an already great tool even better. For example, improving the mobile experience would help me stay connected and responsive while on the go—something that’s increasingly important during busy conference seasons or school visits. I’d also love to see more advanced reporting customization, especially when tracking specific education-sector KPIs or aligning with district-specific sales cycles.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft helps us solve several key challenges in the EdTech sales process, making our work more effective and impactful. One of the biggest problems it addresses is staying organized and consistent in our outreach across a high volume of prospects. With multiple stakeholders in every school or district, it’s easy to lose track—but Salesloft’s cadence system ensures no lead slips through the cracks. It also solves the issue of scalability; we can deliver personalized, relevant messaging at scale, which is crucial when engaging time-strapped educators and administrators. Additionally, it helps us identify what’s working through insightful analytics, so we can continually refine our approach and drive better outcomes. By integrating seamlessly with our CRM, it eliminates manual data entry and gives us a clear, real-time view of pipeline health. Ultimately, Salesloft saves us time, boosts productivity, and empowers us to build stronger, more meaningful relationships—all of which translate into more effective sales and greater impact in the education space.

2.We can easily add the email cadence to the leads and track the follow up emails in the salesloft dashboard.
3.It has a faster dailling mechanism than other dailler software.
4.We can simply access the call recording in salesloft because it is a URL link that we can easily share with the sales team for better understanding.
5.The customer support team support ws really awesome.
6.I use the salesloft daily its the default tool for my dailling purpose in simplilearn.

1.When entering a phone number, we must include the country code, such as (+91), which cannot be retrieved directly from Salesforce.

-Consistent assistance from CS team
-Incredible UI
-Night and day difference from attempting to run cadences/sequences through a standard CRM
-Ease of use with things like cadences, connection to CRM, and all day to day sales outreach needs

Nothing, but maybe continuing to build out call functionality.

Ease of use and creation when it comes to cadences. Previously was doing cadences through salesforce, and salesforce is NOT a sales outreach platform.
