Excellent product and support
What do you like best about the product?
We could not have run our outbound campaigns with such a small team without Salesloft. The automation capabilities when sending out email cadences were essential in helping us scale our efforts. The customer support was also excellent, not just from our account executive Brian, but also from Celia & Maria, who were very responsive to our needs. I think this aspect of working with a software provider are grossly underrated, and even if Salesloft's product wasn't as feature rich as it is, just this alone would make it stand out amongst the crowd!
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve is fairly steep, since the capabilities are quite broad. This requires a fair amount of high touch support during implementation, and it would be great if there were some more self-serve user guides, particularly since we did not have an implementation expert available in our time-zone in Australia.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outbound prospecting and selling at scale.
User-friendly, new AI rhythm, dashboard and daily activity makes me love Salesloft

user-friendly and new AI tool makes new steps super easy, also able to see your activities is great

zoom gets disconnected most of the time that about it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can know who am reaching out to what org they work at, also their timezone makes a huge difference when connecting with leads
Love the easy to use interface and overall performance

The tracking and cadencing are great for customer outreach, and make conversion a lot easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
The salesforce plugin sometimes causes issues if multiple emails are present.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It shows me which emails and marketing tools are working to attrach new clients and measure client engagement.
Great app for work
What do you like best about the product?
Most helpful about Salesloft is we can send emails to a list of people at one go. The interface is easy to use and great to look at. I use it everyday for my work, to track my prospect emails, followup emails, reminder for calls. It is great for creating cadence and having multiple steps automated without having to remember in sending emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
The connection of Salesloft and Salesforce. Some data from Salesloft is not captured on Salesforce so need to put all the data twice in Salesforce and Salesloft to capture contacts, leads etc
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its making prospecting an ease. Marketing our products/service to a wide audience. This is helping us in generating revenue for our business
Amazing Marketing sales Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I love how organized it is overall. My most favorite thing about it is how you can have some insight on when customers are opening their emails you have sent out. It gives you the uppper hand per say to appraoch them more easily and descretly without them knowing you are seeing them opening/ viewing the emails. I love how it also gives you daily reminders and tasks on what to do next in your cadence, whether that be sending a email or calling your customer. Overall I know this is an amazing tool that should be use everyday. I tell my collegues if your not using salesloft what are you doing?

I did not have nothing in prticular that I disliked that has not already been fixed.

It is helping me produce way more sales and helping me close them as well.
Favorite cloud based platform
What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft is my favorite cloud-based platform. It’s extremely easy to use and I use RHYTHM on the regular to keep my accounts in sync and maintain a clean CRM.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how I'm always getting the coaching tools popping up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's currently help solve our pipeline flow showcasing any errors or accounts who aren't registering with our products.

Salesloft helps me organize the tasks, calls, emails with those in priority. Help me to know I'm not missing someone, so I have peace knowing I've followed up on my committments and sales calls. The tool is giving me more time for what is important - focus on clients! .... and is easy to use.

There are a lot of features and benefits that it's east to forget to use them.
