Simply The Best
What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft is easy to use, incredibly intuitive and makes my day to day so much easier. It was simple to integrate into the company and the entire Sales team uses it every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much I dislike about Salesloft, I would say that I have had issues with call backs and mic integration but that is very minor!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft helps my team and I constantly hit our KPI's and quotas through an easy to use, simple platform that puts the sales team first.
Makes sales enablement extremely easy to implement into multi-channel marketing campaign
What do you like best about the product?
Simple and easy UI to create cadences and emails to share with sales teams to enable campaign follow-ups from events, webinars, content downloads, etc. Really easy to implement Salesforce campaigns into Salesloft cadences to keep track of performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are times when I think it is an unnecessary cost as enabling sales manually doesn't take too much effort but it does definitely save time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To keep track of integrated marketing campaigns and making sure sales are kept accountable for their contribution.
A great tool for selling teams to manage their tasks, dial and report!

Keeps me organized. Task management. Nice reporting insights.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't bulk create tasks based on certain criteria (add people to new cadence, send one off emails to folks at a certain stage in a cadence).

Helps me organize communications with my prospects by allowing me to build cadences and execute on them.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft helps organize outreach at scale and keeps follow-ups from falling through the cracks. I appreciate having cadences and templates all in one place, it makes staying consistent across accounts a lot easier. While I’m fairly neutral overall, it does help bring structure to sales activity, especially when managing a high volume of outreach.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integrating Salesloft came with a lot of challenges, and even now, it feels like the platform still has some kinks. I often have trouble logging meetings, and certain features feel clunky or overly manual. The learning curve can be frustrating, especially when you're trying to move quickly in a fast-paced environment. I think there’s a lot of potential, but the usability still needs work.

Salesloft helps solve the problem of staying organized with outreach and follow-ups. When you're managing a large number of prospects or accounts, it's easy to let things slip through the cracks.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Salesloft makes it easy to plan and organize my outreach. I can add my target accounts, build cadences with calls, emails or LinkedIn tasks, and follow a clear daily plan to stay consistent and efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Salesloft can be a bit clunky — the interface isn’t always intuitive, tasks can feel repetitive, and syncing with other tools doesn’t always work perfectly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft helps me stay organized and consistent with my outreach — it solves the problem of forgetting follow-ups or losing track of prospects. By using cadences, I always know who to contact, when, and through which channel, which saves time and helps me keep a steady pipeline.

hate the color. UX just doesnt make complete sense to me. some cadence edit features that seem DUH to me are nonexistent.

The cadences (when laid out properly), make cold outreach efficient and simple.

What do you dislike about the product?
There is a lot of clicking that goes into each action. Feels like it could be more time efficicent on this side of things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rather than having a seperate CRM and dialer, they are both combined in one. It makes it simple to convert raw company data into sales.
