SalesLoft has helped bring structure and scalability to our sales prospecting
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and set up. Allows for easily completing tasks for maximum efficiency
What do you dislike about the product?
Report still needs work (from a managerial level) and transferring cadences to other reps is a bit clunky
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prospecting has become much for efficient and scalable for growth! We can easily report and sales rep activity
Great Sales Productivity Tool - Needs to be Closely Managed
What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft has allowed our SDRs to dramatically increase the number of activities that they are able to complete in a day. This has allowed us to scale our business rapidly, and devote more SDR time to prospecting, while still maintaining great follow-up on our inbound leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ability to templatize emails makes it critically important that leaders actively control what their SDRs are sending out to prospects. When an SDR is using a bad template in Salesloft, they are able to send that inaccurate or impersonal message out to market at scale. This can have very negative effects for your business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft allows our SDRs to follow-up on a tremendous amount of leads. The email automation and voicemail-dropping capabilities make it so SDRs do not have to spend time in their day writing or cloning the same email and they don't have to waste time making a voicemail when they can easily drop a recorded version.

What do you dislike about the product?
At times the email tracking code/methodology that was attached to each email would cause the email to be blocked by spam
In a similar light, "clicks" and "opens" were at times misrepresented (recorded clicks and opens in common data centers around the country)
Format of the finished email product (does not look native to Outlook/Gmail)

Engaging leads and current customers with a set process and methodology (cadences)
Creating customizable templates that can be shared and use throughout our team
Allowed us to ensure that leads are contacted regularly in multiple forms (especially sending mass emails)

Dig deeper into how emails are tracked to ensure that you understand the risks with spam filters and others

What do you like best about the product?
ease of use 1 click call logs. In Sf we had to go back and forth...it feels nice to complete a task and keep moving.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I have seen yet. Have not used too long, but the benefits over shadow everything else.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is worth it...much improvement to a great tool such as sales force. I hight recommend the product...have not had the chance to use guess dieler. User Rainking may not need that feature for the most part. The only thing I would like to see is automatic dialing. may be an error on my end or an extension we do not have yet.

What do you like best about the product?
i love to automise my email campaigns, and keep track of all emails. Being able to see when people have read or clicked your email enables a vaste range of possible acitons and techniques to approach your prospects.
It's also really helpful to remember when you should write to people or to simply set reminder, or schedule emails.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the system is quite slow or freeze when you are cusotmizing tons of emails, and have then to start all over again. It would probably need to be stabilised a bit. Also I don't like that the UX changes quite frequently.

business problems: automising and tracking my emails campaigns. Salesloft allowed me to make the whole process more effective

I love the tracking capability for email reads, clicks, and opens.

The cadence flow is very clunky and not intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to streamline and automate prospecting in one system.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a great starter tool but it does not let you live netirely in your email. As a rep trying to cut time and streamline that is key.

I have worked at 2 companies that use SalesLoft and I have loved it. I like the easy workflow of the system. Very user friendly and easy to use.

Sometimes it can be hard with accurate reporting.

Being able to keep my pipeline organized and knowing the next steps I need to take.

Awesome and powerful mass emailer.
What do you like best about the product?
It's quite intuitive. I can send a mass email to hundreds of prospects while Salesloft personalizes each and every message to sound like I took the time to write each one individually which goes a long way with my potential clients.
Also, the email tracking is beautiful along with the automated response options.

What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not positive if it was an issue with my database or how Salesloft interacted with my data, but sometimes there would be glitches where names would not match up with accounts. However, this didn't seem to happen too often so it was negligible for the most part.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cold emailing is way more efficient and basically turns outbound sales into inbound sales. I set up a mass email project, run it, and let the program automatically show me the hottest leads while working on pushing the rest into a more favorable position without my direct interaction.

If you do outbound cold emailing, definitely look into this as it can revolutionize your process.
SalesLoft Integration has been tough
What do you like best about the product?
- I enjoy the cadences with SalesLoft. We get the ability to make sure that each lead is being contacted through email and phone with certain steps. Another great aspect is that you can separate team cadences with personal cadences. You have the ability to check out other team members cadences to see which ones have good responses.
What do you dislike about the product?
-Since we have marketing resources for our leads to look at it, on the lead page on SalesLoft I do not have the availability to see what the lead did on our site. I personally think there are too many steps in the process. I work out of salesforce, and personally do not use salesloft too much.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
-My primary job is to make sure enough demos are booked. With SalesLoft, it is supposed to streamline the process of booking demos. With salesloft, you are getting emails out on a cadence and can reach people at different stages.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Really look at your internal system before making the decision. It can be helpful you dont have any CRM system, but I find myself using salesforce more than being on the salesloft page.

Make sure you understand exactly what you and your team is going to use it for, and agree upon it before you make the purchase. We thought that we would use it for straight-up outbound cold calling, but it is a more valuable tool for following-up on marketing events and tradeshows where we have a specific campaign and necessary conversion rate to hit.
