What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft automates what successful reps do regularly. Cadences are a series of steps that a salesperson takes a prospect through. Hit someone up too many times, they'll block you. Don't contact them enough, you'll never get anything sold. Salesloft enables reps to strike that balance just right and gives you all the tools you need to log everything in SFDC automatically. It also has a ton of really cool features out of the bag, like analytics on how to talk to your prospect and pertinent information that they should respond to. For managers it gives you a dashboard to track daily KPI's. Without Salesloft managers are flying blind, and reps are flying unorganized! It's a MUST HAVE!
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything about this tech that I don't like. There are areas for R&D that I think the company should pursue, but no "warts" that I've found in working with the tech for 2+ years.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems we solved as a business were around visibility into what reps do during their day. Analytics on the blend of emails, cold calls and social hits each rep does helps me to understand how to coach them better.
Benefits include 13 people sending out 300,000 highly targeted prospecting actives per quarter. We ramped an entire team of new salespeople at once, this tech helped greatly in meeting that challenge.

What do you like best about the product?
Love the cadences and the caller and how we can rip through contacts
What do you dislike about the product?
Needed to put in fake emails to match with a company. The SFDC deleted and erased information. Customer service was slow to respond and gave advice that resulted in columns of data being deleted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Love the concept just not happy with some parts of it which ruined the experience for us
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just see if it is a fit for you. Lots of competition don't just choose this one because the marketing the best of the bunch

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of making a starting email campaigns, extensions built into gmail and salesforce. The ability to make "team" or "individual" email templates. Ability to add variants and A/B test messaging.
What do you dislike about the product?
Support- not very helpful, constantly blames the reason for errors or mistakes happening on your email server, which they aren't connected or "sending signals" so automating steps and emailing your maximum amount of people per day can be tricky. I have locked my Gmail account a few times and the only help I receive is an explanation of what they see the server doing on their end.
Tagging- The tagging feature needs to be improved to move easily slice and dice contacts into multiple new cadences very quickly.

Great way to keep a sales team engaged in activity

What do you like best about the product?
The live call listening feature is great and the analytics and standardized reporting make metric driven contests simple to run. The support team is amazing. Very quick to turn around on issues and incredibly responsive. And they are very transparent with their road map and have been able to fulfill all of my "want" items that were not live when I first got the system. They provide great continuous training and also are willing to give best practice sessions to teams that could use some technique coaching. The voicemail dropper allows the team to increase their overall reach without sounding too canned in the message. The integration with video messaging allows a next level of personal touch to the prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some clunkiness with our SSO integration but there are some easy workarounds on that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to streamline and standardize both process and messaging for the Inside Sales team. SalesLoft was a game changer for the Inside Sales team to allow them visibility into their process as well as an easy way to share best practice on the communications made with prospects.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great product to empower your sales team while being able to share what they are doing quickly with the Executive team.

What do you like best about the product?
Tracking e-mails follow up storing contact information close date probability of closing how many months and percentage assigning roles etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
The time it takes to enter time consuming

Once entered its easy to follow up with client setting follow up dates

What do you like best about the product?
My follow reply rates have gone through the roof, I'm able to follow up with prospects easily, and the Vidyard integration is awesome. Making templates and cadences are easy. Keeping track of when the prospect opens my email and seeing the links they are clicking on are helpful with my follow up too.
What do you dislike about the product?
OOO replies stay in a cadence. It would be useful if I was able to have them automatically removed from a cadence because of an OO reply or if the was an easier way to pause or push back a scheduled task.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are now able to follow up with prospects that haven't replied to a first email in a timely manner. Our reply rates went way up. Email prospecting is a much smoother process. Easy to keep track of who we're reaching out to. When a prospect opens an email or clicks on a link we know right when it happens and what they are opening, which helps with follow up.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just go with them already.

What do you like best about the product?
User interface is extremely easy to follow, support teams are consistently available and thorough in answering any questions that come up. Salesloft actually adapts to what their customers want/need. The platform is constantly improving- and I'm always kept in the loop about new product changes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I like to add steps to my cadence AFTER the cadence is complete. Re-adding the same people to my cadence can sometimes be messy if you don't keep up with marking prospects who are NOT interested as "Do Not Contact". Just wish it was easier to see the the activity history without actually clicking into the person's profile.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft solves the business problem of time management and customer service. I can connect with my prospects in a personable, casual, yet effective way because of Salesloft.

Great product - Even better customer support

What do you like best about the product?
- Top tier customer support. I've typically gotten a response within a half hour... and I'll get responses off hours too.
- Constant updates for new features. They're really good new features too, with integrations with multiple other products. They also have an Idea Exchange to vote for new features and updates.
- Very easy to use. The UI is pretty intuitive and my team can fly through contacts when emailing/calling.
What do you dislike about the product?
I only have one gripe, which is that sometimes you have to be intimately familiar with the UI to get certain things done. For example, it takes some experience and a roundabout way to select all the People in a Cadence and skip their next step. It's not a difficult thing to do, but it's just not obvious.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scaling a prospecting team. A product like Salesloft is table stakes for an SDR team. There is simply no other way to email, call, and track prospecting activity in a scaleable manner without a product like this.

Helps train for a better Sales Development Team

What do you like best about the product?
The call recording and listen-live features are immense in helping train SDRs to make better calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lots of clicking and loading new pages sometimes takes forever to do repetitive tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us identify why some of our calls are not turning into Booked Meetings. Our SDR Manager analyzes calls from each SDR where they listen to their calls together and point how they can improve. Using Salesloft has made a noticeable impact on the performance of our pipeline.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure your Salesforce instance is set up correctly and ensure you have a written process of how SDRs/users need to log data for each call in order to continue keeping accurate data.

Salesloft saves me a ton of time sending hundreds of emails a day

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can schedule up to 200 emails in about 5-10 minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that Salesloft prospector was discontinued, but that isn't a fault of the program. Uploading leads viz CSV is a little tedious but not deal-breaking.

I am solving the issue of time management and step by step flow of leads through a cadence
