What do you dislike about the product?
+ Some recent changes to the UI were confusing and felt like a step backwards in terms of usability (in the latest release I believe this was improved)
+ They stopped putting any development into Salesloft Prospector and have stopped offering this as a service to new users
+ They stopped putting any development into Salesloft Prospector and have stopped offering this as a service to new users
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
+ Their tool has made our process at least 80-90% more efficient and helped with the growth of our SDR team
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try it out! It really is the best
It's a growing product, still needs some work
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to drop voicemails and the speed that you can go through calls. The analytics are cool too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a huge fan of the customer success team, they drop the ball a lot and are slow to follow up. I think they may have expanded too quickly before they were ready, we were definitely sold a lot more than we received
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping brands engage with their community through acquiring legal rights to user-generated content. It's a great way to keep track of all of the people you are reach out to
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I'd wait for a bit, they need to improve their CS and add a few more features to the platform, it's also a little pricey too
Sales loft is an amazing prospector tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can easily import contacts from LinkedIn especially new contacts and titles that don't already exist in our database. I think one of the best aspects is that while it integrates with Salesforce, it doesn't automatically dump them into Salesforce but rather it lets you go to their platform and choose which contacts to add to Salesforce. So you avoid dupes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that I can mass lead source change when I am mass uploading contacts. I can click the check box next to all of the contacts in the Salesloft platform but I want to be able to alter their leadsource.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving the problem of finding new contacts and avoiding manually uploading them. Benefits are time saving, ease of use, and really easy to teach new team members.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would definitely say to use Prospector it helps so much with the MDR and SDR team in alleviating the pain of manually adding contacts to SFDC
Solid solution for finding contacts within your prospects
What do you like best about the product?
It is pretty straight forward to use. I received about 15 minutes of training from a colleague and was up and running. I really like how is looks at LInkedIn and search Google to find contact information.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say the validity of the email address is about 75% even when it shows as valid. They have been great in providing credits when this happens.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Find contact information.
From skeptic to advocate.
What do you like best about the product?
Using Cadence we've increased our pipeline value by more than 7 million in the first 3 months of using the product. We didn't have an SDR team at all until Jan 5 so that performance is even more impressive because new SDR ramp up time was inside those 3 months.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike most new tools in the sales tool stack. A good strategy with good leadership, a good story and poor tools will usually outperform teams with average strategy, average leadership, a good company story and great tools.
I don't use the phrase "game changer". I will say that if you have a good strategy, good leadership and a good story you should implement the SDR model and leverage Salesloft Cadence.

The biggest challenge facing every school district in the U.S. is not lack of technology. The explosion of technology in schools has created data silos in every corner of education. Despite the better part of 15 years of failed data initiatives, the problem is that there is still no true method to aggregate this vast amount of disparate data and create insights and actions to improve student achievement.
We are solving this problem!
We are solving this problem!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Refer to the Salesloft blog and other online resources. They share best practices and guide you through product set up as well as SDR process set up etc. It would be a mistake to overlook their investment into their users.
Bringing order to the chaos of personalized account development
What do you like best about the product?
SalesLoft is the type of solution that allows organizations to very quickly manage and measure a business function that has typically been a little chaotic. By making it very obvious and easy for Sales Development Reps to keep track of large volumes of outreach targets and track where there are in the outreach cycle it become basically impossible for a contact to "fall through the cracks."
I actually was just working with one of our new SDR's and they stated "if I had SalesLoft at my last job, you would not have been able to hire me away as I would have been making too much money."

What do you dislike about the product?
I really have nothing that qualifies as a dislike. Also being a growth stage start-up I understand the challenges of getting everything prioritized that customers need. There are a couple of reporting features here and there that as the Sales Manager I would like, but nothing that truly stops us from realizing the main purpose of the solution - more deals, faster.

Unlike a lot of start-ups, Mobile Labs started with an experienced field sales team as we focused on Fortune 500 sales cycles. We have built our person up to a point where the funnel for the sales team cannot be filled with either self-generated leads or solely from marketing automation. Thus enter our Prospect Management Center that is responsible for personalized outreach to target customers and accounts. As a new function within the organization that needs to scale and deliver rapidly, we wanted to make certain that employees were enabled to focus on the right actions with the right target at the right time.
In the three months we have been using SalesLoft we have already tremendous increase in outreach and engagement with target accounts.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is the rare solution that can come in front of processes and help to define them. I am a technology vendor and even I say most organizations have to be pretty mature before rolling out new technology. Not so with SalesLoft. If you have an experienced SDR function or a brand new on, this solution will help you to achieve your goals.
Incredible Company
What do you like best about the product?
Having looked at a large number of SDR tools, I have been able to compare/contrast them all. SalesLoft is the by far the leader. It is incredibly user friendly, and is very easy for our SDR's to learn. Also, VM drop is an all time winner across the team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only major problem we have run into is in the dialer quality. Sometimes calls will drop, or have terrible quality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Becoming more efficient. Before SL, we made over 22K calls, and generated just over 400 qualified leads in a month. After using SL, we made 18K calls, and generated well over 400 qualified leads. Making 18% LESS calls, but creating MORE opportunities than previously.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You will not regret partnering with SalesLoft. If you are looking to grow your business via an SDR team, go with SalesLoft.
Best in class sales dev software
What do you like best about the product?
I used Salesloft day in day out for the better part of a year before changing roles. Truly, there is no better software to do your job as a sales dev person. I love the number of insights they can now provide around best times to call, send, etc. That didn't exist at first but it is indispensable now. I also love that an idea I had was listened to and incorporated into the product for all their users. It's great to be heard!
What do you dislike about the product?
Hard to have any dislikes at this point, they added everything I've ever asked for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
From all the data around interaction with email (open, click, reply, etc) we have been able to optimize every part of our outreach so that if we make a mistake, we know it wasn't related to messaging.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Salesloft will clarify your goals and effectiveness. Get it.
Cadence is a lifesaver
What do you like best about the product?
Cadence is a lifesaver. Salesloft has been able to save me multiple hours each day. I never worry anymore about dropping a contact. I would recommend to any sales team with an outbound process.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only area I can think of is to build in functionality for attachements within the email cadences.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Big time saver. I've been able to reach more people, more efficiently, in a shorter time span.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you have a vision of how you want your sales process to work before using. Once you do, salesloft makes it easy to implement.
Love Salesloft... have onboarded the software at 4 companies now
What do you like best about the product?
Much more thoughtful automation of mass emails, great functionality, fantastic support team
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much I don't like... I use massive prospecting lists that sometimes slow down my instance of the system. Otherwise amazing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Personalized and enable mass outreach
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's great. Give it a try. Onboarding and training is key. If you learn how to use Salesloft, you won't be disappointed.
