Easily figure out what works and what doesn't
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I don't have to do anything or take any effort to use NoteNinja and really start to understand what works and doesn't work for sales. It is a real boon for our sales team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Salesforce integration is good, not great but it sounds like it is an improvement focus for the company over the coming weeks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Noteninja is really helping me find patterns that improve my sales process. I can look at the calls that won and the calls that lost and quickly see why some sales worked better than others.
Positive Experience
What do you like best about the product?
In-browser dialer is very easy to use and efficient, essential to my sales process. Salesloft automatically refreshes my browser to get to the next lead and takes the time consuming minutia out of the way.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integration with Outlook is somewhat weak. Tends to log out several times a day, occasionally fails to log emails in Salesforce when they are sent directly from Outlook. Luckily, this is being worked on currently, and is mostly irrelevant due to Salesloft's auto-emailing features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am an SDR contacting 150+ warm prospects every week.
Noteninja changed the way my sales team coaches, train, and evaluates.
What do you like best about the product?
Noteninja quantifies, stores, and organizes data about our sales process/training/presenting in a way that increases results.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have never really had a negative experience with Noteninja. The platform is intuitive, easy to learn, and has a great UX.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our sales organization saw significant differences in certain performance metrics such as closing ratio among our reps despite consistent and standard training and evaluation. Nonteninja has completely changed our training and evaluation process for the sales cycle and presentations because it has allowed us to quantity and organize new types of data. That new access to data has allowed to identify the meaningful differences in process and coach on those points.

Does the job
What do you like best about the product?
The integration with Salesforce makes my job much easier when importing in contacts and navigating between the two softwares. The ability to schedule emails and track them is very helpful as well. I love the ability to test out cadences and easily switch on or off various options.
What do you dislike about the product?
The dialer is problematic. Issues with people not hearing me, calls dropping and calls not logging properly.

Easy communication with inbound leads.

What do you like best about the product?
My team makes a lot of cold calls. With Noteninja I finally have the tool needed to help coach and improve on these calls.

Email Marketing and Tracking Made Easy
What do you like best about the product?
As Sales Ops manager, SalesLoft made my job easier regarding the tracking of sales rep activity. It came with pre-built SFDC dashboards and seamlessly synced with out instance. I know our marketing team also loves this tool for setting up cadences for initial outreach to prospects
What do you dislike about the product?
As with all tools, it took some customization and working with our CS rep to get everything set up correctly which took a couple weeks, but that's been the only negative thus far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used Tout, Hubspot, and a few other tools to track AE outreach, and we wanted to have everything centralized to easily sync with SFDC. This has helped that, and also proved which cadences and types of activity are the most effective, leading to shorter times to set up initial disco/demo calls.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's been a huge improvement for our marketing, BD, and sales teams regarding email/call activity, so it's definitely a helpful tool if you are looking to make a change.

What do you like best about the product?
Clean, fresh UI, frequent updates, responsive customer service when things go wrong.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes features are pushed out hastily, without warning, and sows confusion for our SDRs. Usually takes several releases to clear things up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to centralize prospecting, putting into cadences, and dialing.
SalesLoft is an excellent tool to manage and connect with your sales pipeline
What do you like best about the product?
I love how well everything is organized. I can see that last several communications with a contact, as well as most of their details at a glance. The user experience is well thought out. With their Salesforce integration, I don't really need to manage my contacts out of Salesforce anymore. Visually, I prefer to work out of SalesLoft.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like that it takes a few seconds for each action. When needing to update the correct phone number, then update the cadence stage, log call details, then log the call, those seconds add up and moving from one contact to the next feels like it takes a little longer than I would like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am better able to organize who I need to reach out to and when. With cadence steps, I can make sure that no lead is left behind. Cadence steps keep me accountable to keep reaching out to a prospect during the sales process.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
SalesLoft is very responsive to feedback and recommendations. They release new small changes biweekly if not more frequent.
Good product but loses interest
What do you like best about the product?
Gamification of prospecting, quick activities, can reach a lot of people quickly. Easy to use
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't mass remove people from cadence, I stopped using it because my cadence is so clogged.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Low SDR activity and low quota attainment. It improved activity for a short time
Notes done right
What do you like best about the product?
like that you can search for key words/phrases and it has a log of everywhere those words were said in the call recording. Then you can flag specific highlights in the call and mark/label them. Super useful when hitting highlights in internal training, but also when sharing the call externally.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything so far has been awesome. Can’t really say I dislike anything as of right now. It’s been easy to use and easy tolls to learn from and taking notes

The team at Noteninja is another reason we chose them over the more established players in this space. They are young enough to build with us and go above and beyond to make sure you're successful
