Great for what it does but definitely has its bugs

What do you like best about the product?
Automated cadences, easy dialing, easy note taking, ability to sync with SFdc
What do you dislike about the product?
The layering of Salesloft is like another CRM on top of SFdc which adds issues especially if you've built out a huge database before with custom fields and such. Also twilio, their phone service, is pretty bad at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales development productivity, ability to easily send personalized emails and dials.

A great tool to sharpen the saw

What do you like best about the product?
Its a really easy interface to navigate with little to no training. I was able to find the webcast that I needed to listen to and review without any trouble. My favorite part of the solutions is how it displays who talks more throughout a phone call. As a salesperson, I need to stay on my game and make sure my question are clear and lead to in depth responses, with Noteninja i can search a specific word like "implementation" to quickly find that point in the conversation. I don't have to listen 90 minutes of a call to find a specific point... Huge time saver.
What do you dislike about the product?
You need to be specific when searching for specific calls, but i am sure that is because i wasn't listening during our training session.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesmanship and honing the skills of our sales team. A sports team reviews film to stay on top of their game and that's exactly what this solutions allows for a sales team to review and analyze our work with ease.

Helpful for self-coaching and follow-up

What do you like best about the product?
I think that the coaching feature where you can bookmark sections of the call you'd like to refer back to, or where you'd like others to focus, is really good. I share that with my team to receive coaching on whether I could have answered a question differently.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see the complete transcript without having to search for the words. That is not currently available solution. I would also like to be able to turn off the presentation capture for calls where we don't have a presentation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm primarily using this solution for training and coaching, but it has also been helpful to ensure that I can look back at the call recording while following up and preparing for subsequent calls. It is also a great way to share feedback from prospects with my internal team.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are a small or mid-sized company, these guys are great to work with. I looked at a number of larger vendors who were so focused on closing big accounts that I wasn't a priority for them.

Better than other tools out there

What do you like best about the product?
Call recording is great, including incoming calls. Prerecorded voicemail drop. Cadence structure is good
What do you dislike about the product?
It does go down from time to time leaving us unable to make calls. This hasn’t lasted for longer than 45 mins
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Clean data in CRM. Feedback can be given as calls are recorded.

What do you like best about the product?
The hung I like best is that you can see email opens and it helps me dial lists of contacts faster than if I had to search each person separately and dial.
What do you dislike about the product?
The email opens doesn’t always seem that accurate and you can only see the last day or 2. It would be better if you could see exactly who opened, particularly when multiple people are cc’d and if there was historical data on who opened over the last week, month or even year.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am reaching more contacts, sending more emails, and making more calls with SalesLoft and I’m definitely making more money because of it. It’s a great tool.

Get it.

What do you like best about the product?
Noteninja helps me take notes during my calls and it's nice to be able to revisit the call recordings if there's something I might have missed and wanted to hear again.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything I don't like about Noteninja.

Needed a tool to record our sales call

Salesloft is extremely intuitive and simple to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Salesloft is a bit clunky and tends to have glitches. Doesn't sync seamlessly with Salesforce.

Email cadences are great!

What do you like best about the product?
NoteNinja enables our sales management to get an inside view of every sales call and learn the patterns that lead to closed won deals. The one-time-and-forget setup for the account execs and customer success makes a frictionless and simple onboarding process.
What do you dislike about the product?
The notes to Salesforce integration isn't fully developed as of writing this review, but I understand that it should be out in Q1 2018
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Have the recorded sales and customer calls provides us with the ability to have internal in-depth prospect strategy sessions. It enables the reps to focus on the call and not note writing.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of setting up cadences with my prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I haven't had any issues with the solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SalesLoft is helping my team run through sequences with our prospects in an organized, easy fashion. With this solution, we don't have to think about what to do next, because the cadences are so easy to follow.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to filter follow up by region, call, email, and social. Creating cadences with talk tracks and customizable templates. Ability to connect to LinkedIn Navigator.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting is not robust enough. There isn't an easy way to customize the report for what you are looking for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reduce time researching prospects.
