Best product on the market
What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft's product team releases an update almost weekly, it seems. Big ones, too.
Very easy to customize your views and do research. I love the integrations with Owler, Linkedin etc....

What do you dislike about the product?
Like any of their competitors, email open tracking is tough. It could be someone internally clicking. It could be their email settings opening their most recent email etc....
Outlook plugin is wonky. I think it is more of a Microsoft problem, as their Gmail plugin is awesome!

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm a data-driven sales leader, and the insights I pull from SalesLoft make my job so much easier. I've used and/or deeply evaluated most of the competition and can say that SalesLoft is the best platform in the space, with the best team.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Like any tool, it won't work unless adoption happens. Make sure your reps use it in the same way as others, so you can get real data.
Great platform, nothing will slip through the cracks
What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft was a simple but powerful UI that allows you to complete all your daily tasks while staying organized and not letting anything slip through the cracks. The cadence building is very well thought out and completely customizable.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much I disliked, only request would be to give users more access to edit the UI in very small ways (example, adding custom categories and buttons when completing calls).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Adding potential new clients and their contact information let us easily send personalized e-mails and make calls all from one place. Speed of reaching out increased with SalesLoft because the moment one call/email is made to a potential client, the next potential client pops up on your screen for you to do it again. No extra clicking around needed.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't be scared of adding high volumes of leads to the system, they can handle it!

What do you like best about the product?
I can't say enough about SalesLoft's Sales Engagement Platform and their customer success function.
My experience has been extremely positive .. implementing their solution has been a significant win for our growing inside and hybrid sales team.

What do you dislike about the product?
Salesforce integration is great. That being said, I would like to see more customization and functionality in this area in 2018.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team has driven sales efficiencies across our inside seller org and existing sales process. Also - overall sales activity and self-sourced opportunities at the (AE level) has improved significantly.
The Best Tool for the Job
What do you like best about the product?
I like the combination of emails and calls in cadence sequences.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the absence of calendar integration.

SalesLoft provides better communication with our leads.
Clean, easy to use product
What do you like best about the product?
The UI and integration with Saleforce is KEY. The workflow makes it so much easier for an SDR to do their job, efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't an option currently to offer a prospect calendar availability, aka self scheduling such as other tools but I believe they are working on that. They also don't have an outbox feature to see your future emails all in one place.

How it helps me stay on track when having a pipeline that has over 200 companies.

I love the product so far and this is not applicable at the moment.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it allows you to manage your day with steps. You set up the cadence on day 1 and then from there, day to day it gives you steps to follow so you don't have to think about what you need to do next. It also allows you to personalize emails - in case you had a conversation and want to change an email before its sent out.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some things that are harder to figure out. It may not as intuitive as I'd like. BUT once you play around with it and try things you tend to find a way to get the job done.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to be much more efficient with sending emails to prospects, and we have been able to see open rates. when is the best time to send emails etc.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would spend time with your customer service rep having them walk you through the steps so you feel ready to use the system. Then try things out, you can't break the system but you will figure things out a lot faster by trying than not.
Great for single threaded outreach
What do you like best about the product?
SalesLoft is great for the campaigns that are straightforward and emulate marketing automation. We used them to easily to rep led event outreach.
What do you dislike about the product?
SalesLoft seemed rigid when it came to multithreading outreach. You were unable to easily see in SFDC what was already in SalesLoft until you went to put them in SalesLoft.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were using them as an email tool and dialer.
Great Automation Product
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to automate workflows and cadences to ensure SLAs are being met and SDRs time is being used as effectively as possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would be nice if more reporting was in app.

SDR inbound/outbound cadences.

What do you like best about the product?
The team- there's lots of technology on the market for demo/meeting recording. The reason we went with NoteNinja is that unlike the other vendors in the space, they operate like a partner and genuinely care about our success.
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing so far. I am sure there is a feature here or there that could be better, but we aren't too worried about that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Training and coaching for customer-facing calls. Noteninja has allowed us to record our calls easily and go back and listen to them. This is helping us train and coach our sales team to be more solutions oriented and customer-first in their approach.
