easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Very user friendly, can be understood at once.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform gets slow sometimes when the traffic is high or the internet gets little slow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft is helping to sort all my customers data. Also, helping me to reach out to them by emails and calls.
A great all-in-one for scheduling and communicating with leads
What do you like best about the product?
We’ve leveraged a lot more dynamic functionality with Salesloft and I love how it will pull in the fields for you from your CRM.
What do you dislike about the product?
Offer actual calendar embeds. That is a challenge we’re up against now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft enables us to reach out to leads and prospects in a timely, personalized manner. We leverage Salesloft for outreach - calls and emails. One of the biggest benefits is our ability to import custom fields and leverage the data in those fields to create highly personalized emails. This, plus our ability to prioritize and automate lead contact, are some of the standout benefits of Salesloft.

What do you like best about the product?
I like SalesLoft for the ease of use, call recording, task organization, reminders, and overall organization it provides for me in my workflow - I can track my own call volume, deal progression, best times to call, and other important information very easily
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not a fan of adjusting to the random updates but they are all relatively easy to navigate
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of every outbound activity is very important and SalesLoft makes it very easy to stay organized and keep on to of the things that need to get done

What do you like best about the product?
It's easier to understand. Buttons are quite self explanatory

I was unable to set multiple holidays or time offs
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It speeds up the time i spend perosnalizing my email outreach

The interface is pretty good. AI reminds you about the important and high priority steps.

Salesloft extension for salesforce does not work sometimes and you have to uninstall it and again install it from chrome store.

It is a one-step solution for all the outbound cadence steps.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part about Salesloft is the ability to update opportunity notes, close dates, stages, etc. all through the Salesloft UI.

Salesloft can be on the clunky side when it comes to usability. Not always the most straight-forward
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a solution that incorporated meetings being recorded was a shift. Rather than using multiple products, Salesloft has made it easier to find anything and almost everything we need from a sales perspective
SalesLoft is an Efficient Way to Reach Customers
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can make calls from SalesLoft either in SalesLoft or through SalesForce. Creating cadences and mass communicating with customers that way or through the caller feature directly connects the information with our Salesforce platform. The integration between the two is seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
My and many of my colleagues' main concern at McGraw Hill is that when you create a cadence with mass email outreach, there is not an option to CC my managers, which is important for us as we want to communicate our partnership.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to see past conversations through email and phone which helps me to keep organized with the vast amounts of information.

Rhythm has helped me tremendously with staying on task and prioritizing where I need to give my focus and energy first.
Deals helped me cut down admin time on opportunities for my Account Managers, and the analytics are super comprehensive and easy to pull myself to stay on top of my productivity.
I've had a few issues after I updated my legal name, but the SalesLoft team was very quick in their assistance with re-aligning my Salesforce account. I use SalesLoft every day and love how easy it is to build my cadences.
SalesLoft gives amazing visibility to each contact, account, and connected opportunities, and integrates well with other apps like LinkedIn that help minimize the need to open additional tabs.
I was already using SaleLoft when Rhythm was released, but implementing it into my role responsibilities was so easy to do and I can't believe I ever worked without it.

What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to be able to include multiple contacts to one account at scale as opposed to needing to do so individually. For example, I manage accounts for 6 Account Managers, and have to add each one as a CC to every email...it would help to have a way to automatically attach the Owner of that account to increase the ability to automate outreach at scale.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Full visibility on accounts, and transparent outreach, making review at a glance before outreach very comprehensive.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best is that I can create customised cadences and, if successfully tested, share them directly with others.
What's also really great is that I can work through my accounts or contacts more quickly during the day, without having to click around for a long time and move on to the next one.

What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the fact that Salesloft jumps straight to the next contact after you have logged a call or step. Every now and then you have to adjust something (data) or add something (notes) and then have to jump back every time. It has already happened that information was stored in the wrong account/person.

What do you like best about the product?
The Rhythm feature because I can automate my cadences. Also reminds me of actions I need to do.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish removing someone from a cadence can be easier.
