Increased Rep Efficiency

  • December 01, 2017
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
My reps are easily able to review calls and gleam the most important points of every call within seconds. Increasing the effectiveness of the BDR to AE handoff and giving more insight into previous calls and conversations had.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, we have not found anything to dislike. Makes both BDR and AE's lives much easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
AE's are much more prepared going into calls and understanding prospects needs, objections and concerns. Our reps are armed with much more information than they were before life with NoteNinja.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Very agile team with ability to give dedicated support. Not common to have an enjoyable buying process but they outdid themselves throughout. Would highly recommend migrating. They always listen to any input and needs.

An inconsistent platform.

What do you like best about the product?
Cadences are helpful for the team. However, this would be significantly more helpful, if the product actually worked consistently.
What do you dislike about the product?
For the past several months, we've been experiencing extreme service issues with the SFDC integration in addition to tracking and cadence issues. Communication to customers about product issues is nonexistent. Product issues are only acknowledged if you create a case. The tracking issues and myriad of gmail plug-in updates caused so much of a bottle neck that our AE team decided to purchase a more reliable salesforce product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are now able to track outbound emails and send cadences.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do you want your entire team flagging product issues daily? if not, look for another solution.

Best tool, Best Customer Experience!

  • November 30, 2017
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
"People buy from people they like". Andy Moye (AE) and Brian Honick (Implementation Success Mgr) plus others were all extremely customer service oriented. Unlike their competitors, they didn't care that we were are a smaller opportunity for them. They treated us no different if we had 100 user licenses.
What do you dislike about the product?
My biggest gripe is they only allow you to send 1000 emails a day while some competitors don't have limits. Once SalesLoft trained me - they taught me a new approach to sales development. No more spray and pray, rather sniper shots count.

Not able to use outlook plugin for GMAIL users. Not able to track attachments. No iPhone app for viewing the live feed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation is valuable to a startup business. Doing more with less is the problem SalesLoft has solved for us. With 2 Sales Development Representatives across EMEA and USA - streamlining repeatable touch-points provides a great workflow to work within, producing overachieving results in all areas, i.e., marketing, pipeline development, closed revenue, etc.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for an industry veteran that has developed all the bells and whistles you need to scale and outperform then SalesLoft is my recommendation. You will quickly realize they treat all size opportunities the same. In a competitive market, they stand out.

Love this app and the team!

What do you like best about the product?
I cannot describe how useful it is to be able to search on key words in a call. Then I can tag places in a call/meeting to easily search on later. boom.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far, the team is very responsive and I feel like my comments and input to better the product are valued.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I hate taking notes during a call - it's a distraction and it doesn't let me fully care for the person on the other side.

With Noteninja I can focus on the meeting more and rest easy that I can intelligently go back to key points in the call for notes.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely give it a try, the level of support they give is amazing and the product speaks for itself. If you think you need it, you need it.

Salesloft for hunters

  • November 29, 2017
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like the integration with Linkedin Sales navigator and that it makes it super easy to save leads and contacts into salesforce. Prospecting is very labor intensive between researching, logging out and outreach. I also like that you can put those leads into a email campaign quickly and that mangers can setup templates and cadences for SDRs. Anything that can somewhat automate the process is very beneficial.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the fact that it doesn't integrate with SFDC well. Another part of outbounding that is labor intensive is double checking salesforce to make sure there aren't already leads and that no one else is touching that contact. if there is some way to set some permissions for prospecting territories it'd be super valuable and keep a lot of drama out of the office. Also would be great to somehow integrate with marketing / provide marketing some data on what leads the sdr's are outbounding so they can also refine lead gen strategies and sales and marketing can work TOGETHER.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The business problem that is being solved is new market share. That is the #1 goal of sales and marketing as it is. It helps with customer acquisition strategies. The benefits I've realized are that it saves a lot of time and helps new entry level hires ramp up quickly.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is best for heavy outbound teams and outbound SDR's. Also great tool for managers. Its most valuable if you use the tools that it integrates with... especially Linkedin Sales Navigator. I don't know if you'd get the ROI without at least Linkedin

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Better, more timely documentation of conversations.

Linkedin Prospecting Made Easy

  • November 21, 2017
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I liked that SalesLoft was able to give you prospect information via Linkedin. I think that feature has been removed and now they organize how an SDR should work day by day. It helps SDRs stay organized by having a centralized platform for them to do outbound - phone calls/emails, and also see their results of open rates, connections. This gives them a clear picture of what to do that is working and what to prevent and then execute it during their prospecting.
What do you dislike about the product?
That the removed the SalesLoft prospector feature. As an SDR that tool was super beneficial to me! Sometimes the platform is hard to navigate and has rare moments when the phone call feature doesn't load quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Staying organized and finding out what is working and whats not working in the prospecting process. These benefits give you a clear picture on how to execute your sales. Having everything in one place to go to (seeing your calls, emails, and tracking the activity)
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Salesloft is a little hard to use in the beginning but they have a great team for you to understand it and use it to it's fullest. With that it will take some time to get familiar with but once you get the hang of it - it's easy and a huge benefit.

Meetings are a Must with Noteninja

  • November 15, 2017
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability that I can take notes during my meeting and have them time stamped relevant to the exact moment I wrote them. The experience is seamless, with the bot joining my calls with no effort. My prospects also love when I take the time to share the call with them after the meeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Transcription isn't perfect but a useful place to uncover insights. I'd love it to be able to share snippets of the meeting rather than the entire recording and for me able to send the meeting via a custom link within my own email client
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When a prospect agrees to take a meeting - missed opportunities here are even more painful than a lead that doesn't respond. By holding better meetings you can understand how to increase the yield on these critical opportunities + using the recording itself is an ingenious way to create engagement post the call.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't get fooled by the promises of AI with other platforms, they all virtually use the same open source APIs to attempt to do voice recognition

Scaling My Sales Team Has Never Been Easier

  • November 15, 2017
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of the application overall, the search and share functionality, and the library/tagging system. Can't forget about how great the team is overall. Super responsive, and very focused on partnership.
What do you dislike about the product?
The dictation can be hit or miss. As with all dictation software, it improves over-time but has resulted in some pretty hilarious transcripts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Knowledge sharing, coaching, and training library. Noteninja has allowed us to be more flexible in how and when we deliver feedback and coach our teams.

Great for Sales and Training

  • November 15, 2017
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Great features of the NoteNinja include: Key word search capabilities; ability to add live notes; tagging important moments. All of these have helped streamline the sales process and have a centralized area to retrive notes and areas for improved trianing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have been using this solution for less than a year. So far, I have not found anything I really dislike about the solution. The company seems headed in the right direction.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Improve sales cycle; identify areas for training and improvement; capturing trends
