Great tool to close deals
What do you like best about the product?
Automatic, fast, efficient. Thanks to salesloft I can scale my sales process and make sure my team reach its targets.
What do you dislike about the product?
The product got improved a lot in the past few months, and while the update was being done it was sometimes a bit clunky.
However, buy reaching out to the support, I soon understood that it was a short term problem.

What do you like best about the product?
Noteninja offers an awesome opportunity to review all of your meetings. Rather than scrambling to take notes of everything said during the conversation I can now allocate my full attention to the other person on the phone. The quality of my calls has improved and I'm able to send better follow-ups to drive next steps.
What do you dislike about the product?
Thye're constantly updating the product. I can’t believe how much product they’ve pushed in the last 6 months. While it's often for the better it does some time add features without warning. We're confident they're being done for the right reason though!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our reps are able to direct their focus to the customer and problem at hand. They're taking more effective notes and writing better follow-ups.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use once a cadence is set up. The flow of the dials outbound with the dialer feature works well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some functionality and behind the scenes stuff. Inability to remove people from cadences with ease.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're looking specifically for cadences, this will be a great tool. However there are lots of other tools that also offer organizational structure like cadences that have better uptime.

What do you like best about the product?
SalesLoft has been a lifesaver for our fast growing startup!
I used SalesLoft at a previous organization and learned very quickly how valuable a tool like this can be. If you've ever tried prospecting out of SalesForce, I am sure you know how cumbersome it can get and how easy it is to let a prospect "slip through the cracks" SalesLoft solves that and adds so much more value.
When I joined an early stage startup in May 2017, I was one of the first sales development reps to come aboard. We had no systems in place and no workflow process for prospecting. (aside SalesForce) I immediately reached out to SalesLoft for a demo. (By the way, SL Sales & Support is awesome.) We implemented SL within my first month of employment.
SalesLoft made my life so much easier. I was able to use my previous knowledge of the tool to get our SDR team ramped quickly & efficiently. Adding cadences and importing leads directly from SalesForce to the platform. I was praised by my colleagues for introducing them to such an easy tool to manage their pipelines!
After 7 months, I was promoted to Sales Development Manager. I absolutely give major credit to SalesLoft for helping me reach my goal!!! If it wasn't for SalesLoft, I believe my promotion may not have happened as quickly as it did. You guys make me look like a rockstar! Thank you!

Not much! Support is awesome & the platform is great!
On the dashboard, I wish we could call straight down our reminders list. I also wish we could integrate calendars so we could book meetings directly through the platform.

-Email/Templates/Tracking- Easily create templates and track when a prospects clicks, views, replies
-Integrations- we are able to automate many processes bi-directionally from SalesForce to SalesLoft and vice versa- so we can stay in one place and rest assured that all activities and statuses are updated automatically.
-My reps can stay in one place and track all of their progress, activities and successes
-Analytics help us to determine best call times/email times as well as rep performance
-Call recordings are incredibly useful for Call Trainings and for Account Executives to listen to how the call was positioned
-Recorded Voicemail drop saves SO much time

What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft is a fantastic sales tool. It keeps me organized in my outreach and makes prospecting accounts a seamless process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really. There were some issues when they were transferring servers but now it has been running smoothly.

Being able to organize all my prospects in a single tool and both email/call them with the same platform is a MASSIVE time saver.

Being able to coach both in real time and in groups has changed as a result of using NoteNinja. Our sales team can quickly search, listen and iterate on their processes.
Great tool for digital/voice meetings
What do you like best about the product?
I love the option for takin notes and searching keywords throughout the recorded call meeting. While I always try to have no distraction, there are times this isn’t possible. This tool saves me from missing valuable information.
