Easy Implementation, Easy Configuration, Powerful Sales Tools

What do you like best about the product?
From an admin perspective, this was one of the easiest installations and configurations I've done to Salesforce. Risheet and his team were very helpful over the first weeks of installing and rolling out. Everything was smooth and they had a quick answer and resolution for all my problems.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the Salesforce Connector isn't as robust in terms of syncing/matching records as I would have hoped, but again there are workarounds that will support the same.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reach more people, faster.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
SalesLoft is a company that has evolved to help support Sales Reps in all of their day-to-day activities (prospecting, calling, emailing) and most importantly is constantly developing and improving their tools based on customer feedback, which is huge!

I like the automation functionality. It really allows me to organize and stay consistent in my everyday prospecting.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the customizability of it and the amount of time it saves in efficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?
It seems like it's impossible to get new features added even if they are very simple. Their communication is not very good and we have internal jokes that "SalesLoft is working, there must be something wrong". It breaks a lot and has a lot of issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
sales cadences. remembering to follow up and automate email messaging and calls.

What do you like best about the product?
- Great clean interface
- UI is intuitive for a beginner sales rep.
- Good call quality
- Quick customer service turnaround time
What do you dislike about the product?
- Random issues sending emails
- Salesforce link occasionally is disrupted (resulting in data not updated in SF)
- Difficultly in managing duplicate leads in the system
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The connection issues to Salesforce results in time wasted doing minor corrective tasks.

On the other hand, the benefits are huge. We can make calls effortlessly and sync data to salesforce (when it works).
The Cadences are easy to edit and create, thereby allowing greater flexibility in creation of cadences for narrow demographics of leads resulting in better response rates.

Incredible Meeting Minutes

What do you like best about the product?
It uses AI technology to record and transcribe an entire meeting and has voice recognition and tagging.
What do you dislike about the product?
Voice recognition is improving but is difficult when there is background noise.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Provides a simple solution to recording our meetings and reviewing prior meetings. Saves time from typing it all up ourselves.

What do you like best about the product?
Phenomenal for creating a meaningful cadence for prospects. Makes its so easy to continually follow up in an organized way that still feels natural.
What do you dislike about the product?
Initial learning of the system was a bit confusing thought I did self-teach rather than consulting resources.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving for the lack of organization or standardization of email outreach efforts to prospects. It was very valuable to have this automated and to know when the prospects was opening and engaging with sent content to gauge their level of interest.

What do you like best about the product?
This product is very Sales saavy and user friendly. There are some learning curves but once you get comfortable with the platform, you can immediately begin to see why it is top rated. There is a level of complexity that Outreach and other products do not have. It gives you the option to be more advanced if you choose.
What do you dislike about the product?
It did take a while to learn all the various features. Also, learning how to navigate - I think there could be some improvement on the UX component.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Have been able to become much for efficient with my outreach. Can easily manage which contacts/accounts to stay on top of - nothing slipping through the cracks.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great product. I have used ToutApp & Outreach.io. If you are looking for your Sales team to truly be efficient in their communications - this product is leaps and bounds over the other 2.


    Outsourcing/Offshoring

Great for small team, horrible for large. Avoid Integration when possible

What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft UI is pretty up to date and looks really cool. They have all the features you would ever need as a Sales Rep, but so does everyone else in this space. Integration is pretty easy, but it does have some flaws, will explain later.
What do you dislike about the product?
Salesloft like outreach and most competitors uses Twilio. Basically how it works is that you have one phone line which is shared with every user on your company account. When you have 5 reps sharing one line, it works beautifully. As you scale and get more reps, the call quality becomes horrible.

Any sort of integration is never perfect. You have to keep in mind that your data gets pulled in and out of your CRM and SalesLoft everytime you do anything. I would pretty often get duplicate of contacts from integration and would have to spend a decent amount of my day to double check if errors like that happened.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating my sales process. Making my team and I a lot more efficient when dialing. I get these benefits, but I also lose a lot of possibly good conversations when a call is dropped or scratchy. I lose some of my gained time from automation because I have to check if the integration went smoothly.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Salesloft is great. Has every feature a sales rep would ever need in a automation tool. It is a great product, but there is definitely better products. For example, my company switched to Dialsource which does everything SalesLoft does but better by having a private telephony network and not Twilio. Also Dialsource does not have to be integrated, the tool is coded within the CRM and operates out of the CRM.

Salesloft - Sales at Scale

What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft is a product that works, period. Creating cadences for my customers, sending videos, using the built in tools to better personalize my outreach, etc; it always performs at the highest level. As a sales rep, it helps me save time while sending better emails to more prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Uploading contacts can be slow, so I have to plan the imports in advance depending on when I want to send out the cadence.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft lets my team and I take our sales process to the next level. Before we started using the product, we were sending out emails individually and managing the cadences ourselves. Now, we can collaborate on the best cadences and then replicate that across our territories for the best results.

Salesloft saves us time and enables us to focus on the important stuff, closing business.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Salesloft is the most robust platform out there. Consider all your options when testing platforms, but put Salesloft at the top of your Sales Stack if looking to take your SDRs or AEs process to the next level.
