Fantastic software for prospect & customer automation

What do you like best about the product?
Cadences and tracking! Real time visibility helps time calls and catch prospects
What do you dislike about the product?
No ability to send attachments at this time
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool helps automate messaging that would other wise require a lot of manual efforts (webinar emails , ect. ) and gives me more time to focus on calls & planning.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Help your reps out! Get SalesLoft in place!

What do you like best about the product?
Keeps cadence clean, easy to operate. I like being able to not worry about forgetting to email/call somebody.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I would change. Everything is very simple and there is no confusion of where anything is.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outbound strategies, easy way to keep outreach in order

Great SDR Tool

What do you like best about the product?
SalesLoft really does a great job organizing an SDR's day to day. The ability to create cadences, templates, and even AB test different strategies is a major part of my organization's sales development strategy. Sometimes (as an SDR) working directly out of a CRM can get clunky slow down productivity a bit, but with SalesLoft, all your activities are right there organized by step or even priority. What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much I dislike, the product does exactly what it says it does. An area I do think they can improve on is their bounced email/ out of office recognition. Depending on the email sometimes the platform has trouble recognizing a bounce, and if the platform could automatically identify out of office responses and pause the cadence accordingly

Mostly time and prospect management

What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft's product team releases an update almost weekly, it seems. Big ones, too.

Very easy to customize your views and do research. I love the integrations with Owler, Linkedin etc....
What do you dislike about the product?
Like any of their competitors, email open tracking is tough. It could be someone internally clicking. It could be their email settings opening their most recent email etc....

Outlook plugin is wonky. I think it is more of a Microsoft problem, as their Gmail plugin is awesome!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm a data-driven sales leader, and the insights I pull from SalesLoft make my job so much easier. I've used and/or deeply evaluated most of the competition and can say that SalesLoft is the best platform in the space, with the best team.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Like any tool, it won't work unless adoption happens. Make sure your reps use it in the same way as others, so you can get real data.

Great platform, nothing will slip through the cracks

What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft was a simple but powerful UI that allows you to complete all your daily tasks while staying organized and not letting anything slip through the cracks. The cadence building is very well thought out and completely customizable.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much I disliked, only request would be to give users more access to edit the UI in very small ways (example, adding custom categories and buttons when completing calls).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Adding potential new clients and their contact information let us easily send personalized e-mails and make calls all from one place. Speed of reaching out increased with SalesLoft because the moment one call/email is made to a potential client, the next potential client pops up on your screen for you to do it again. No extra clicking around needed.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't be scared of adding high volumes of leads to the system, they can handle it!

What do you like best about the product?
I can't say enough about SalesLoft's Sales Engagement Platform and their customer success function.

My experience has been extremely positive .. implementing their solution has been a significant win for our growing inside and hybrid sales team.

SalesLoft empowers our inside team to personalize our messaging at scale, connect, qualify, and convert target accounts into future customer advocates!
What do you dislike about the product?
Salesforce integration is great. That being said, I would like to see more customization and functionality in this area in 2018.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team has driven sales efficiencies across our inside seller org and existing sales process. Also - overall sales activity and self-sourced opportunities at the (AE level) has improved significantly.

What do you like best about the product?
The UI and integration with Saleforce is KEY. The workflow makes it so much easier for an SDR to do their job, efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't an option currently to offer a prospect calendar availability, aka self scheduling such as other tools but I believe they are working on that. They also don't have an outbox feature to see your future emails all in one place.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
bettering my workflow and being more efficient.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it allows you to manage your day with steps. You set up the cadence on day 1 and then from there, day to day it gives you steps to follow so you don't have to think about what you need to do next. It also allows you to personalize emails - in case you had a conversation and want to change an email before its sent out.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some things that are harder to figure out. It may not as intuitive as I'd like. BUT once you play around with it and try things you tend to find a way to get the job done.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to be much more efficient with sending emails to prospects, and we have been able to see open rates. when is the best time to send emails etc.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would spend time with your customer service rep having them walk you through the steps so you feel ready to use the system. Then try things out, you can't break the system but you will figure things out a lot faster by trying than not.
