A nice tool for reps to manage prospecting activities

What do you like best about the product?
We're able to create and test various email/call cadences, and then share the best options with our various teams for implementation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reps can get lazy and rely too much on templates at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed to fill a pipeline gap by having account executives start generating their own opportunities. The tool has enabled them to prospect efficiently while still focusing on managing current deals through the cycle.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It works well for what we needed, definitely worth the time to implement.

What do you like best about the product?
The cadence sequence is good to run steps and you can add additional steps throughout the cadence which is helpful if you want to continue outreach.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no way to view or sort your cadences based on due-dates so sometimes the cadence steps don't get run and get lost on the homepage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Regular outreach with timed due-dates -- if you keep reaching out, people will get back to you!

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to run email cadences and customize each reply. And this tool integrates into just about everything which is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more analytics on cadence performance.

Inbound marketing cadences, outbound conference prospecting

What do you like best about the product?
I like the overall feature set and usage but for me, it really comes down to one key feature: searchable key terms. The ability to search an hour-long audio recording for key moments just by typing in a phrase is completely indespensible.
What do you dislike about the product?
I look forward to continued improvement with calendar integration, and improved ease of getting the NoteNinja bot into my meetings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NoteNinja solves the issue of taking notes on my GoToMeetings - by having everything recorded and searchable via text, I won't miss a requirement, feature, quote or any other detail.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Noteninja's staff has been great - responsive and easy to work with.

What do you like best about the product?
In addition to constantly developing platform features, they've continued to refine their implementation and support process.

But aside from the product, support and being a great company to work with in general, it's simply a great tool for working smarter with better results.
What do you dislike about the product?
There could be some improvement to database management options, but the system in place does allow for general best practices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to prioritize sales activity based on engagement criteria in conjunction with customer profiles.

By implementing a standardized work-flow, we removed the 'what's next' question and got more efficient with our efforts.

This process driven approach lead to more meaningful communication, more often.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
They have a great ecosystem of partners, work with your sales rep and implementation specialist to find the right approach and process for your team based on your tech-stack and goals

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoyed this tool when I had the chance to use it. I only got the email feature but it allowed me to schedule email blasts and email drips. Also gave me insights on the prospects actions with the email I sent like opening the email, clicking a link, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
When it gives you insights on an email being "viewed" by the reader, the tool will mistake you reading the email you sent in your sent box for the actually prospect you sent it to. So need to be weary of that when looking at past emails you have sent out. it will ping you saying they opened it when it was really just you
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Benefits was scheduled email blasts which makes your life easier in sales. and insights into the prospects actions on the emails sent

What do you like best about the product?
The automated email function, pre-recorded voicemails, cadences, etc
What do you dislike about the product?
That is does not remove someone from a cadence when you've connected with them on the phone
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Efficient prospecting, higher outbound activity, increase in meetings and sales opps.

Use it! If you are prospecting without automation, you will be left in the dust

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite feature from Salesloft is their email functionality. Specifically "Crystal" which gives you insights to a prospect's personality and how they want to be reached out to.
What do you dislike about the product?
The note taking is disorganized as everything gets logged within a task inside of Salesforce
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft allows us a platform where we can organize a strategized approach to reach prospects. It also helps us know what our prospects are doing within our emails and if they visit our website.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Look at your own personality type using their email functionality and be amazed at how accurate it is!

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best is how well the platform fits with the ABS mindset and how well workflows match the personalization efforts of the modern sales dev team. Another plus is the speed and quality of support across the board. I've been able to schedule calls with their client success, sales leaders and support teams at the drop of a hat. Not once have I had to wait for an answer or feedback. After working with 10+ vendors over the years this is right up there with the best experience I've had.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I can say is there are some general functionalities that should be standard but only a few small things like "saved views" which I actually learned on are on the very near horizon. Nothing otherwise.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are trying to personalize outbound efforts at a high volume. We've realized multiple efficiencies within our ABS strategy in SalesLoft. I mean my reps don't even have to dial numbers ... FTW.

Pull the trigger.

What do you like best about the product?
Call, Email, and outreach is streamlined
What do you dislike about the product?
Pausing cadences never seems to work the first time
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My biggest stress used to be ensuring I was touching prospects regularly with calls and emails but salesloft consolidates all of the necessary activities and guides you when you when to perform them. I have a cadence created for all different types of leads and it makes custom Email outreach a lot more realistic. Salesloft is much more than an email marketing tool
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I’m not sure how it compares to the Outreach platform but one or the other is definitely necessary for outbound BDR productivity
