Amazing sales enablement tool
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to send large numbers of personalized emails, run prospecting cadences and organize daily activities from a single pane of glass.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to be able to dissect call and email statistics more easily within the application or be able to export info via CSV.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It enables our sales development team to increase our level of activity while maintaining personalization.
Perfect Product
What do you like best about the product?
I love the solution automation. Being able to automate your prospect / customer / client outreacheds and send predefined, prescheduled touch-points is a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the read notifications are a bit cumbersome and confusing. The product does not decipher between who opens the email, so you can receive an open notice when it was you looking at your own communication.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to automate media touch-points. But able to supplement daily sales efforts with addition content, relevant to the sales process a specific organization is following. Also, being able to create uniformity in the process for how reps. engage with prospects and customers.

Sometimes requires multiple clicks / multiple windows to do things.

Tracking Emails viewed, sending sales emails
Good tool
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is really easy to understand and the tool overall is easy to use. Most of the team was able to adopt it pretty easily. I feel it updates a little bit faster as far as showing open rates, clicks and replies to emails. Pretty seamless integrations with Salesforce and Gmail.
What do you dislike about the product?
There wasn't a lot I can say that I didn't like. I feel the only issues that I experienced, were updated and improved during the time I used Salesloft.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used Salesloft to track sales cycles and engagement with prospects. We used it for tracking emails and phone calls then had them sync with Salesforce. We also used it to track email clicks, opens and replies from prospects. It was also a good tool for A/B testing of sales cadences that worked to engage prospects.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Another tool I have used is Outreach which is also good. Depending on your needs, Salesloft was easy to implement and integrate with tools we already used (Salesforce & Gmail).
I've used Salesloft for over a year now and absolutely love the tool!
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite thing about Salesloft is the automation aspect of the software. I literally throw a lead into the system and then can send emails by the mass and do it all with one click. It's also a great way to stay on top of your prospects and make sure you are completing tasks each day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometime the read notifications don't make much sense and it will also notify you if you open an email that you sent to a prospect. Their support usually responds within the workday, but sometimes are slow. Lastly, I would make it easier to use dynamic tagging. It isn't too hard currently, but the initial setup takes some time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are looking for automation throughout the sales cycle. That is what we are most interested in and that is what the tool's most powerful use case is. Literally takes hours of busy time (manually typing emails) and changes it to one click of the button. Highly recommend!
Faster calls and less effort
What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft is a fantastic tool for your daily lead gen team. It’s fast, organized, and effective.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that team members cannot add to the team snipits
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quicker call volume and integrates with salesforce nicely. We are having quality and higher call volumes
