Good sales automation software

What do you like best about the product?
The best part was being able to differentiate sales cadences and seeing where people were at in the cadence. You can quickly and efficiently contact people you are trying to schedule meetings with.
What do you dislike about the product?
The outbound emails looked similar to spam. If the emails looked more natural I think that the product would look much better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating the process of trying to schedule meetings with potential clients. Fast and efficient outbound sales cadences.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to organize cadences with a mixture of calls and emails, and being able to track and report progress. Our implementation success manager went the extra miles to make sure we were set up for success!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to setup a exclusion list of companies from cadences.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Increasing sales team productivity. With Salesloft, they are now able to schedule and visualize their tasks in advance. This is helping them to prioritize activities.

What do you like best about the product?
automatic cadences were great. I didn't have to worry about sending emails one by one to my prospects
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI is a little clunky and hard to navigate but once you get used to it and play around with it, it's not so bad
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Initial touches with prospects. I don't have to second think about if I've reached out to them or not.

I'd like to give a shout out to our Implementation Success Manager, Risheet Jaggarow. He was incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, organized and great to work with. This is one of the best onboarding experiences I've ever had. Thank you Risheet and team!

Costello is a necessary game changer for your sales process!

What do you like best about the product?
Costello is an amazing tool which I've come to find necessary as part of our sales process. Not only does it help new reps ramp more quickly, but allows for continuous growth and development on the team. Costello makes me a better leader because I can measure what’s working and what’s not while having real-time conversation with reps which makes me more connected to their day to day. As an SDR leader the tool is an absolute game changer. I’m able to quickly identify consistent patterns with reps and work to immediately address coaching areas, measure progress, and encourage the appropriate sales behaviors.
What do you dislike about the product?
Costello has come a long way in the time my team and I have used them. I'm excited to see how their product evolves. As a company they truly value and listen to customer feedback while remaining true to their product development. There's not really anything to "dislike", but the continued integrations are a definite plus in make the tool as user friendly as possible!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Costello solves for rep consistency in the sales process. I can't tell you how many times in the past I've introduced a new script or sales methodology to reps but not known if it was truly working. With Costello I know almost immediately and I can lead my team to more consistent and measurable results. I can say with confidence I know if my reps are having the right conversation every time! I recommend it to every sales leader I know!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Be nimble as you implement a new playbook with your reps. It make take a few versions to find the one that's right for your team and sales process. I've found that the best implementation has come from working with reps to understand how playbooks flow and are finding them success on their calls.

Increased Activity Baseline/Still Learning

What do you like best about the product?
The drop in voicemails seem to be one of the top compliments about the implementation of SalesLoft. Our users have also loved being able to quickly customize and send bulk emails. Call outreach has seen the biggest increase with the ability to drop in a voicemail when there is no response and continue on uninterrupted with no need to dial out each number they have calls planned for. The software also provides easy and simple activity breakdown with its automatic tracking versus everything needing to be entered into our CRM platform manually.
What do you dislike about the product?
There seems to be a steep learning curve. People that are less computer literate seem to have a more difficult time picking it up and run into some hiccups halting the increased productivity gained from having the platform in the first place. We feel that in time these problems will stop. Another dislike is simply not feeling like there ia enough analysis breakdown to see what cadences/touches per day are working the best.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have increased our productivity with email and call outreach. We have only been using it for a few months so our ROI can not yet be calculated yet. The automatic dialer, data entry to CRM, email customization/bulk send, drop in Voicemail, and Vidyard have all been very helpful so far.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft is great at keeping all my leads organized
What do you dislike about the product?
Since day 1 with salesloft I've had nothing but headaches. Almost every single feature is not working correctly. I've submitted countless tickets to support to no avail. Everyone keeps telling me "we're working on it" well nothing is getting fixed and really now all I have is a way to organize leads (that I manually import) All of the features that sold us on salesloft magically don't work. Live web tracking, doesn't work. We need to use a different solution. The calendar link for people to book meetings with you, doesn't work. It won't recognize meetings already on my calendar. Sticking with calendly. Tracking email opens and clicks? Complete garbage. If you're sending multiple emails in the same thread it cannot differentiate which email was opened so you have no clue what's actually going on. It could be the 5th email in a thread and it will say the second email was opened. Pointless.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
None really. It does help me keep my inbound leads organized so I can make sure I'm staying on top of my outreach.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great tool to keep leads organized. Cadence feature works well. All other features don't work as advertised. I personally don't think it's worth the investment and wish I choose a different solution.

Fantastic Software for Sales Reps

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that I don't have to get into Salesforce to manage my pipeline on a day to day basis. The idea of never missing a question throughout the discovery or sales process would make any sales rep or sales leader salivate
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much to dislike. The more they can build on top of Salesforce, the more I'll spend in Costello
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales reps are terrible at keeping pipe up to date and accurate in general. Making sure you hit every question / topic throughout the sales process is really really hard. Costello makes me a better rep and allows me to increase my chances of closing business and hit my numbers

What do you like best about the product?
The dashboard makes it easy to plan out your days according to which groups of calls/outreaches you need to make.
What do you dislike about the product?
No area to add in "Quick notes' during calls that you can later easily access from SFDC

Streamlining sales outreaches and keeping outreach groups organized.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Salesloft is similar to other popular sales platforms like Outreach.io but we chose Salesloft because the added features their platform contributed. Including: Owler, company insights, and prospect information, all simply displayed on the calling screen. Lead information is conveniently displayed and you can sort through activity log or upcoming sales steps easily.
