Salesloft is the one-stop-shop to take action on our full GTM motion. No other sales enagement solution offers this all encompassing revenue workspace.

I wish you could drill into the activity on the analytics module.

Salesloft allows our team to focus on the person, saving hours of manual administrative work.

What do you like best about the product?
As a legacy customer of Outreach, the move to Salesloft was one of the best things we could have done for the business. The platform gives us more power than ever to create a memorable customer experience, from the initial touchpoint, all the way through to customer satisfaction, retention and growth. What makes Salesloft really special is the team. Everyone at the company is obsessed with their customers. We're constantly learning from them through their daily/weekly webinars, and the customer success team keeps us informed of any important changes and inovations when it comes to using the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
N/A - the team is always helpful and we're leveling up thanks to the constant innovation coming from the Salesloft team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Insights and governance on sales and customer support performance. Additionally, the sales insights we can glean from their conversational intelligence helps us evolve our own product, by tracking trends and 1st party insights from our users/customers.

Send personalized emails in bulk. Our team can send email efficiently.

Sometimes sorting is too automated and difficult to sort actions the way that you want.

What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to pull team reports and invidual reports. While simple, it is extremely helpful in my 1:1s to comare my SDR and see how they are doing vs the team. It is also fun to sometimes compare based on rep.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really wish there was a back button when goig from custom report back to the main analytics dashboards.

Ease Of management and adoption
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, managment and intergration with other systems such as Salesforce. Adoption ramp up is about a week for new users. The time it saves is pure value. Customer support is always there to help as well. Our CSM is an integeral part of our Salesloft Experience. (Nate Harris)
What do you dislike about the product?
They need to work on making exports, reporting, and API more user friendly for advance use cases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft helps to save time, while improving the speed and managment of outbound prospecting. Our managers can easily track and review the activities of their users. This fuels our coaching and development.
Big Fan of Salesloft
What do you like best about the product?
Big fan of the platform of Salesloft and how it really works for a team. I love how you manage your own Salesloft however you can see your teams emails and cadences.

Sometimes it looks like it is an automated systems but it is so that is to be expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft solves a lot of problems for the organization. It helps manages prospecting and cadences while also helping the teams work together to see what each other are doing.
Nice UI, some things not intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
I like the user friendly interface of the product, as something I utilize many hours of the day. I like that it's custimizable and easy to use and get the hang of. Offers templates for guidance.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that the mobile app was easier to use and I could do more work on the go. I have to use my computer to send emails or check details on a specific contact which isn't always feasible. Sometimes I am not in the office but out in the field and would like an easy and quick way to send a quick email or make a call and be able to log it with notes directly in the app and have it integrate with our CRM.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's tracking SDR activity, calls and emails. Tracking who has opened our emails or clicked links.

Recent update has been great and timely notification and ability intergrate with salesforce
