What do you like best about the product?
I love the community aspect of it in regards to using with a team
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the clutter at times and some minor functionalities like mass removing people
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing and running campaigns
Great platform for automation
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to customize and use email automation for multiple parts of the business is really helpful. I use this for the Customer Success side of our business and the cadences for meet-ups and events.
What do you dislike about the product?
A little clunky to upload names sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer Success. Sales. All use it to have cadences and outreach to our customers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Leverage their support when you need help. They're helpful.
A necessary tool in my BDR arsenal
What do you like best about the product?
If you stick with the core intended functionality of the product, it's great. A sales automation solution like this seems absolutely necessary to me in today's world.
I've only ever used Cirrus Insight before, and Salesloft is just on a whole 'nother level.

What do you dislike about the product?
Subtleties around managing/triaging large groups of individuals in a cadence and swapping them between cadences / supplanting one planned touchpoint with another. Hard to describe. I suppose it's a difficult task, perhaps no fault of SL itself.
Specifically, you can't re-schedule a step to execute on a different date if individuals are presently queued up on that step to be executed. You have to preemptively edit the cadence to schedule the step how you want it, before the step becomes "due" to be executed. Problem is, I rarely see problems coming up ahead in my planned outreach nor have the desire to edit anything before it becomes due.
The text editor is really all-around buggy and a source of daily frustration.
Occasional downtime/performance issues.

I'm not here to solve problems, I'm here to book meetings.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Such an easy choice and sell to management. Why would you not want to have a play-by-play of your interactions with prospects and customers?
Nifty Call Recording Software
What do you like best about the product?
Note Ninja is a great tool for recording and reviewing sales calls. I use this as an Account Executive, taking time each week with a colleague to listen to one another's calls, provide feedback, and improve!
What do you dislike about the product?
The web app user interface is a little clunky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're trying to establish a culture of constant learning among our AEs and ADRs. Investing in Note Ninja has helped us get one step closer to that reality.
Great tool to stay organized

A sales ops point of view for an outside sales team
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to give the team a sequence of events that will result in a new meeting. Combined with the ability for the team to personalize the common action as warranted. The Cadences combine the best of a company process and individual personalitization.
What do you dislike about the product?
No mobile app, our team are outside and only open their laptops once a day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No longer asking reps to be a marketer and create a message that gets a meeting. Greatest benefit from an ops point of view is to test new talk tracks and message quickly and then push out based on success.
