I'd be lost with out you
What do you like best about the product?
The task management to get efficient touches through a cadence.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are minor glitches and delays. Also, the attachment size that can be sent has become a problem as I move my prospect through the stages or our sales cycle.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have increased my outreach to prospects and it allows me to focus on other tasks at hand.

Make sure that it is to scale for your business; we had to have some scaling suggestions from my team before it became the best fit.

Sometimes its slow and there is a lag. Every once in a while it disconnects from outlook.

Sales Automation with First Class Service
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy the team at Salesloft is to work with. They enable you with the best of knowledge on their product as well as share all the integrations they offer. The team is always working hard to make sure your experience is the best one ever.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that I don't get to see the incredible employees that often because we live so far away!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Salesloft, I am able to give another tool to my customers to integrate my platform with that helps them have a more efficient work flow.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Salesloft is extremely user-friendly and easy to learn and the team is constantly working on ways to improve the platform for its users. The integrations they offer are endless and their team is filled with some of the most dedicated, kind and brilliant people I know.

What do you like best about the product?
We have had some really good successes and we have barely scratched the surface on the capabilities of the platform. The ability to control the cadence touches and measure what is working has been invaluable.
What do you dislike about the product?
The analytics side could be much stronger.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Increased productivity, effectiveness in messaging.

We reviewed multiple vendors and this was the best fit due to simplicity, value and delivering against the results that we needed.
Works Pretty Well
What do you like best about the product?
It is nice that it syncs with Zoom as we use that to host our conferences and it automatically tracks that back to SalesLoft so I don't have to worry about recording it manually or putting the recording anywhere afterward.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Sync comes from SalesLoft joining the zoom call sometimes that is delaying so it doesn't join until the call might start and I have experienced trying to add others as a co-host it ends up stop the recording for some reason. So don't add a co-host in the middle of a meeting after recording has started
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is nice to track the questions being asked on the call, verbal fillers, the flow of conversation, and other aspects to coach towards.

It had the bare minimum capabilities for automating lead follow up.
What do you dislike about the product?
didn't have insights like seeing if they clicked on links included in emails, or emails opened

Solving the issues around forgetting about following up with prospects.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how Salesloft tracks open rates, click, rates, and has a great many integrations to make sure you never miss any incoming information. It really helps me keep track of all my leads, where they stand, and what tasks remain open for them. I also love how it integrates with Salesforce making sure all of my work gets tracked and logged for reporting and upper management to review!
What do you dislike about the product?
I have yet to come across any issues with this tool

It is allowing me to track emails to customers, log calls and notes, and maintain a good grasp on all sales related email functions

One of the best and easiest to use tools out there for sales professionals that like to keep all their work in one simplified location. amazing is the best word to describe this tool. it has integrations for all the tools you currently use too!

I can accomplish a week worth of work in about 30 minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you do not have it configured the right way, you can get locked out of Gmail.
