AE New to SalesLoft
What do you like best about the product?
The cadences and the Salesforce plugin to send emails directly from the SFDC webpage. Thsi is an easy way for me to log activity without bouncing around different platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unless I haven't learned how there seems to be no threaded history of conversations with contacts or an easy way to reply inline to emails. Also, there may be times where activity is not clear. Such as where a colleague opens an email thery are CC'ed on and the notification alerts me that the customer opened it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to touch more contacts more often and keep track of my activities. Also the cadences are really amazing. Allows me to build out templates for emails that drive home specific value points for subsets of contacts.
Great for Sales Enablement
What do you like best about the product?
Tracking engagements and being able to setup general cadences makes the business development process so much easier than chasing down every individual who might be interested in your services.
What do you dislike about the product?
Prebuilt cadences would be amazing to have. General template focused on business development goal of education, meetings schedule, etc..
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead generation scalability. It's great to be able to track the interaction on individual emails to multiple contacts.

- platform can slow down from time to time especially when automatic tracking is enabled in browser

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Performing step-by-step structured email outreach to merchants who may be too busy for a phone call has been hugely beneficial. Some business problems that I've been able to solve with SalesLoft include helping cut costs and streamlining operations for business owners. Personally, I've realized multi-million dollar revenue generation and sales from using SalesLoft.

Best Sales Efficiency Tool Around
What do you like best about the product?
SalesLoft enables my team to reach out, follow up, and track more prospects. It is also great for A/B testing of email templates and subject lines.
What do you dislike about the product?
The analytics and reporting could be more robust. It is hard to see how well each specific cadence is performing as a whole rather than individual templates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach efficiency was the biggest issue before SalesLoft. We can now reach more prospects on a daily basis.

What do you like best about the product?
SalesLoft is a clear and defined platform that provides an ease of use for all users and provides updated metrics for employees and sales teams to follow. The interface is simple, but professional.
What do you dislike about the product?
SalesLoft has many strengths, but it would be great if there was a prospect button, such as what Prospect.io or other platforms have built to make the business have one solid platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Emails, Metrics, Phone Calls, Tracking, etc. Other benefits that I have also realized include the fact that SalesLoft works well with Salesforce and allows for simple export, unlike some prospecting platforms or LinkedIn, which does not allow for exporting to a csv file.

Great platform for those who are seeking a system or application that will track metrics, as well as provide ease of integration with gmail or other mail platforms for emails and calls, as well as Salesforce.

Difficulty in integrations to SFDC, LinkedIn.

When I want to log a call and remove someone from a cadence, I have to choose "log only" and then remove them

Comprehensive platform
What do you like best about the product?
1. The workflow rules are especially comprehensive since they allow you to make cross-object updates in a super easy manner.

What do you dislike about the product?
1. We have never been able to get our inbound dialer to function correctly. Salesloft says it is our Ring Central issue and our IT says its Salesloft's poor coding/integration with Twilio on the back-end, I have no clue who is correct to be honest.
2. There is NO tracking in place to see overdue tasks, the only way we can manage the BDRs day-to-day is logging in as them to view their due items.

We are standardizing and streamlining our BDR methodology with calls/emails per lead over 30 days. SalesLoft does a great job organizing and tracking all activities.
