Overall really good cadence tool
What do you like best about the product?
Strong user interface. Automates a lot of manual tasks and keeps reps organized. Integration with LinkedIn is very helpful. Voicemail drop is an awesome feature!
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting and analytics are ok. It doesn't match the caliber of the rest of the platform. Can be buggy sometimes when it comes to recording activity in Salesforce.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having one system for the sales development team to do all of their work (calls/emails) simplifies their day. Saleslfot makes it really easy to determine what is/isn't working so we can optimize our outreach.

Great Tool Both for Reps and Managers
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use for reps makes it much easier for everyone to record data. This is compounded by the strong reporting tools within the product and the relatively straightforward integration with Salesforct.
What do you dislike about the product?
A bit on the pricey side compared to simpler call and email tracking softwares.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making it easier for reps at all stages in the sales cycle to more easily to record all activity all within a single, integrated system.
Allow reps who are reaching out to hundreds of contacts a week keep track of their various cadences.
Building meaningful reports from this that'll both work to address individual behavior and larger potential shortcomings across the company.

Adequate but inflexible outbound sales tool.
What do you like best about the product?
The calling functionality is far better than Outreach. It's really easy to use and seems more or less intuitive for anyone who's worked on a computer before. The dial-pad is also better than Outreach and allows you to seamlessly change phone numbers without making changes to the contact. Email deliverability has not been a problem thus far at all. The LinkedIn integration is really quite nifty and allows me to quickly match and save prospects... I love that functionality! The taskbar integrates to Gmail as well makes follow-up tasks a little bit easier. Importing CSVs to the people tab is also easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting is amateurish. Drill-downs on the cadence level or non-existent (who clicked, opened, replied)... automation rules are confusing. Reporting on the cadence level is essentially non-existent, and SL beakas it up by user and template? Pop-up notifications often times don't work... Some emails come back with a ton of engagement that is probably untrue (3 clicks in one minute right after delivery). Stopping prospects mid cadence or skipping steps is not as easy as it should be (far mass edits). I haven't been able to set up my Salesforce->Salesloft integration as tightly as I would like it to hum, but perhaps that's another issue.

We're an outbound B2B team and our integration with Salesforce makes calling and emailing more streamlined.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Consider Outreach as well... it's a better tool at the moment for organizations who need better reporting/analytics
Great application overall! Email composition is difficult.
What do you like best about the product?
I love the integration between Salesloft and Salesforce. It makes my process of reaching out to prospective clients so simple and efficient. It's so easy to see previous interactions with customers and keep track of my reach outs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how difficult it is to edit emails in Salesloft. For example, I was trying to insert bullet points into an email and it automatically put the full paragraph into bullets rather than just the snippet I wanted to bullet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving the problem of tracking client interaction and efficiently sending out bulk emails. It's so nice to just import a list of clients, add them to a cadence, and send emails to all of them that are easily customizable (inserting names, etc. to make the email seem more personal).
Streamlines reaching out to leads
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease that the system provides with sending emails and making calls. I also like the insights when an email is viewed or clicked by a potential process

Sometimes the call quality is garbled or it is hard for someone on the other line to hear me

Its a huge benefit with helping keep track of prospects and calls and emails that have been made. Also it helps with organization when there is a large list in my pipeline

It simplifies things for your sales staff making it a very streamlined process for them

What I like best about Sales Loft is the ability to personalize it so much.

There are a couple ways that the system needs to be adjusted in how it reads some of the leads actions.

Not the most intuitive software, there is a learning curve amongst reps, ui is also confusing

Getting the sales rep organized on a daily basis. Not having to switch between 3 different platforms in order to do daily activity

I like all of the cadences that can be set up! And how easy it is to use. It really keeps you on track for the day

There's not much. Sometimes when I move to the next account, it doesn't take it off the list. I have to refresh it.

Keeping track of who to call each day and the cadences bring up the accounts that are ready to have activity

What do you like best about the product?
Easily manage prospects, allowing you to divide prospects by which product you maybe pitching them. Holds you accountable by keeping your prospects in a cadence and having those pop up based on when you'd like to attempt to reach out again.
What do you dislike about the product?
The search function isn't very good, it has improved recently but you can sometimes search for someone in your salesloft instance and they wont pop up at all.
Sometimes to email tracking specifically the views can be skewed, i think its commonly triggered by spam blockers on a prospects emails, so the email tracking can be considered 50/50

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outbound call tracking - helps you consistently reach out to prospects based on where they may be in a cadence, makes you stay consistent and makes its easier to juggle different products
Email tracking - allows you to see if the prospect has opened and clicked around in your email, beneficial because this turns a cold call, to something much more warm
