What do you like best about the product?
The UI is clean and it is easy to navigate when utilizing the software.
What do you dislike about the product?
It feels like they have constant changes and it is hard to stay in a flow with the platform
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy of use for our reps to be able to keep track of communication with clients

What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft has allowed our team to effectively reach out to leads while keeping track of activities. The analytics are helpful to view which activities and messaging lead to the greatest successes and help us plan for future reachout.
What do you dislike about the product?
There has been a number of updates implemented with the system over the past few years. These updates occassionally make it difficult to complete routines that the team are used to or on a few rare times have hidden a needed feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft is our primary tool to dial and email our prospects. We utilize Salesloft to reach out to a variety of users in several indusrties. Saleloft cadences allow us to group each users industry to create and send impactful messaging to that group. Salesloft also allows us to track what activity is leading to the greatest successes.

What do you like best about the product?
It boosts my productivity and allows me to have great detail in the monitoring of each client.
Cadence options and functionalities are great
What do you dislike about the product?
AI layer can improve the suggestions and prioritization
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives the ability to track all the communication with customers and control the processes better
I can analyze my performance and it allows me to have the visibility to better sales forecast.
The information and analytics it provides are key to making better decisions

What do you like best about the product?
I like that contacts are aligned by account and on the account page you can easily see engagement numbers (opens/responses/etc). The intergration with LeadIQ and ZoomInfo is simple and makes it easy to build a SalesNav list then import through LeadIQ (or ZoomInfo) then jump into "lofting".
What do you dislike about the product?
I support multiple AEs and it would be nice to have prospects easily organized by tags that were simpler to run through task lists in. I add task but often they don't populate easily for me to run through block-by-block.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prospecting in one hub then simply feeding into SF.

What do you like best about the product?
The cadence maintenance system is so good that it never lets me go off the hook and forget to folllow up with any leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the system takes up time to respond back specially if there's a large volume of email on pending or scheduled to be sent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As an integrated plaform with Salesforce, it helps me to run through the cadence, send email, research on Sales navigator and log calls on the leads. The same can be done on Salesforce itself, but following a cadence, having a pre-existing or pre-defined template, and keeping track of all the due workloads is what Salesloft is sloving for me.

What do you like best about the product?
Cadences, direct calling and meeting recording + intelligence functions are very usefull
What do you dislike about the product?
Ease of connection with SAP CRM is a must in our case and we are suffering the fact that it doe not integrate, also it would be usefull to have relationship mapping integrated in the platform

Better than Excel Mail Merge

What do you like best about the product?
Organized
Easy to use
Its better than mail merge in excel
What do you dislike about the product?
Bottle necks in uploading data from zoominfo
Duplicates data in SFDC
Lag time if you import from zoom to SFDC then SalesLoft
Fuzzy matching is pretty bad, causing a lot of data fall out (expect 60-80% fallout)
Company name not matching even when account exists - there is no way to easily match bc the search bar doesnt work
KPI killer - if the integration isnt perfect you will have to manually log calls skewing kpis - look for a bolded company name and thats how you know the company has been linked? Its difficult to catch all the time
Slow calling
Interface is a lot - this could be simplified
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prospecting tool of choice - keeps record of calls and email convos/meetings for dashboards and reps knowledge

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to put my follow ups in cadence
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool gets disconnected to the chrome extension repeatedly and without cause
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't have to manually keep track of my follow ups. Moreover, there are multiple candences I can put my follow ups in according to priority and business.

The rhythm feature also groups the Cadences according to priority

What do you like best about the product?
The simple UI is what I love about Salesloft. The customizations and the calendar integration helps with easy meeting schedules.
What do you dislike about the product?
The meeting analytics feature being so premium is a deterrent for better adoption. Would love to get more insights in the same package.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps with automated email cadences, scheduling meetings and ensuring outbound prospecting is easy and on track
