Amazing outbound tool!
What do you like best about the product?
Everything is one location for SDR work. You have the ability to send emails, make phone calls, and review details about your contact(s).
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting, I wish there were a lot more options. e.g. Success reporting
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can house all information for BDR activity in one location without needing another CRM tool.

Reporting needs some enhancements to get a true picture of your successes.
Well rounded and intutive sales support tool
What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft let you keep your regular work flow while assisting to preform and keep track

The dialer is a bit shaky, but nothing significant.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Follow up cadences are fully automated with detalied stats and suggestions, it solved me to the problem of handling big amount of leads

Easy as Pie
What do you like best about the product?
The cadence of Salesloft makes it extremely easy to continuously follow up with prospects, as well as reuse our best emails over and over.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way to integrate it to our marketing automation tool. And maybe there is but I'm not sure of it?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I really appreciate the way the emails are sent at a timely fashion, and the ability to track it with open rates, etc - and that these emails come directly from my personal email address.
Helpful Sales tool
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy using Salesloft because it integrates with my other tools, including G-mail and Salesforce. It is helpful to stay organized when you are courses leads, and Salesloft is an essential tool for this organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the cadances were more automatic in working with the updates I make in SF, but I am working on have a streamlined manual system that will still allow me to use Salesloft in a easy enough manner. It would be awesome if Salesloft could someone how detect where my lead is from and add the country call code in, but that might just be a lazy ask.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need to have a streamlined way of organizing many inbound leads, and I like the Cadances and other tools within Salesloft. It; nice that I can turn it on and off my emails, and I also like that it keeps track of my calls and emails to allow me to better understand my conversions.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a great tool for organization, and I would recommend it without a question

What do you like best about the product?
To me the biggest differentiator about salesloft, having used several other sales engagement and email tracking point solutions is their customer service. It's outstanding, fast and fun. Their agents are always accessible and timely on follow up (believe me, I've tested this). Salesloft has built an awesome customer culture, where feedback is welcomed.

What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few gaps S/L needs (and is actively working) to close. At a high level, some of their cadence workflows aren't as flexible as I'd like. Analytics are an area of improvement, as well as the sync functionality with Salesforce. All of this is manageable, and to someone who's not used another product in their category, it probably feels a lot more seamless than for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft is our primary app for executing our outbound sales strategy. We're able to keep a tight cadence in rhythm, and prioritize the most engaged contacts vs. those who aren't worth the follow up.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Absolutely important to have a point person in your org to run eval, implementation and ongoing adoption of the tool. To maximize value, you have to take a hands on approach. Salesloft does a great job providing different ways and channels to engage and to learn about how to better use the product. Take advantage.
wonderful tool
What do you like best about the product?
With being a new user to SalesLoft it has streamlined all of my leads and contacts, the ability to call within and run pre set cadences has made my life better and has allowed me to perform better than ever. I would recommend salesloft for any sales team!

the dislike is the call quality, this could be increased to ensure clear concise calls.

I have solved the email cadences and have been able to streamline the process. The team uses the same pre set cadence from the sales pros within the organization.

The easy import of leads into a cadence. The flexibility to create your own cadence as well

Maybe this is on my IT team, but i cant get Salesloft to sync with my outlook. Otherwise there are really no issues at all

What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft enables you to create targeted cadences consisting of call, email, and social steps. The best part about Salesloft is the automation the platform creates. It will remind you when your call and email steps are due, so you have proper spacing between contact touches.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Salesloft enabled you to create a master call list. Sometimes when you want to do a power hour of dialing, it would be cool to just have all your contacts who are due for a call to be in a conglomerate list. -master calling list

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Targetted emailing and calling campaigns- I am able to create specific messaging for my ICPs. From there, I am able to automate when my emails are sent, and when I should be making calls.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Salesloft will help create consistency in messaging and outreach across a sales team. It will also help your team measure engagement with the content you are sending out. The analytics are cool and can help with trigger selling. Salesloft also has emailing and calling in the same platform, so you dont have to worry about working out of two seperate platforms for email ands and calling. I highly reccomend this product for all sales teams, but kmy experience using this product is with two SDR teams.
Great sales tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to sort my prospects by industry but also have a set schedule to reach out to them by phone or email. I can easily note whether I spoke to them or if I just left a vm. I never miss a follow up call with a prospect.
What do you dislike about the product?
Salesloft is a great tool. One thing that I wish were possible is to have an option after first cold call to add the prospect to a new cadence. As its set up I must hit back twice to add them to a new cadence. Not very efficient.

Just never missing a follow up call. In our industry timing is so important and to have all our sales calls and emails so well organized
