Some really great things

What do you like best about the product?
the scheduler link is by far the one thing that has been useful and successful in reaching my customers and getting time scheduled with them for a discussion or demo
What do you dislike about the product?
I had a system in place that was working well, not all good sales professionals do but I did. In the early weeks of using SL there was a lot of work and duplication to get to where I already was. There is significant time savings for the large majority, especially newer sales professionals
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's always a challenge to get a customer on the phone and agree on a meeting time, especially with a group,. With the schedule link, it makes it all easy. The benefit of course is that it saves a lot of the back and forth and waiting for them to reply back with potential days and times for a meeting.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Be patient, use it for what it was intended for. Start slow but also have the goal of being a leader and internal champion and see where it goes.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy SalesLoft makes it to reach our target customers. Setting up cadences is easy and fast. The fact that they are so flexible and able to change on the fly makes outreach simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the analytics on "opens and clicks" is inaccurate because of firewalls etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to create many different email outreach campaigns for different verticals or personas and personalize our email outreach to drive better results.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to place prospects into cadences, have interchangeable templates and the ability to track prospects or entire organizations with a simple search
What do you dislike about the product?
Not seeing notes I write while logging a call. Sometimes uploading times can take longer than I would like
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving for email cadences and organization. Benefits are allowing the team to work efficiently through hundreds of clients in a single or multiple cadences

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Integrations are where they need to be. Plus I think it's very easy to access templates & cadences from others on my team (there are 100+ of us). Sales Nav plugin is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Former outreach.io user - I think they have a better system for call/email cadences. I can see exactly how many calls are due from my home screen and filter calls by view count. Maybe there's a way to do this in SL but I haven't figured out the workflow. All in all their product is more user friendly. It feels more like a command center. Salesloft isn't as inviting and I want to be in and out in a hurry, rather than spend time mastering the software. I think it goes back to UI, friendliness, and intuitiveness.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can't send 100 emails a day by hand so w/o a mass emailing software we'd be screwed. Salesloft solves this pain.

What do you like best about the product?
Keeping on top of your prospects is much easier with salesloft. I also like the ability to add linkedin views and messages.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the search bar it malfunctions consistently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving the business problem of losing track prospects after working them for a long time. I am also using more of a scientific approach to prospecting by using cadences that have success and knowing the analytics behind my calls and emails.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the interface the best because it is helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can crash at times. We don't utilize the dialer and there are frequent offers to use the dialer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales organization, and outreach. I have been able to create cadence and stay atop my sales outreach.

Increasing Productivity and Client Outreach with SalesLoft

What do you like best about the product?
SalesLoft was incredibly easy to get up and running. In a matter of 1-2 days, we had 50+ sellers building nuture streams and executing on them. After 2 weeks or so, we had thousands of emails pushed out to clients with VERY little IT involvement or fine tuning. There are certain things that need to be ironed out as we go, but we were essentially up and running after a 1 hour training.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting needs work on the management side. SalesLoft has been up front that the reporting is best when integrated with SFDC, but it would be nice to have in-tool analytics that go a bit deeper.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rep prospecting was terribly complex in terms of process and time prior to SalesLoft. Building and executing on a 12-touch play would take a rep 2-3 hours per day over a 2 week period. By automating the e-mail portion and setting up a consolidated view, we have eliminated spreadsheets from our process and have the prospecting down to 30-45 minutes per day!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take the time to organize your cadences up front. It can get a little messy with 50+ reps if you don't have a system to track and organize.

What do you like best about the product?
The part of SalesLoft I like the best is how all information can be found quickly without opening up multiple tabs.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of now there isn't anything I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The benefits I have realized with SalesLoft is the ability to get through more calls per day because of SalesLoft's ability to do tasks for you.

What do you like best about the product?
While we are new to using the tool, the ability to create highly tailored cadences and quick add emails and voicemails is game changing. The amount of time I save is incredible.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would really like to see some more customizations to the UI. The sound of making a dial haunts me at night.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SalesLoft is putting more hours in my day. I can do 2 days worth of work in 1.

Give it a shot. Can't go wrong

What do you like best about the product?
Integrations allow me to work out of one place. Helps streamline my day
What do you dislike about the product?
Over the past several months I've noticed SalesLoft to have several downtimes and service interruptions. Calling out will lag sometimes which is frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visibility into all outbound calls and emails. Tracking and reporting on time of day/week.
