Makes carrying out the day to day for sales so much easier.
What do you like best about the product?
Setting up difference cadences for different types of prospects, and then having everything automated and/or laid out for you to carry out for the day. The Salesforce widget is also incredible.
What do you dislike about the product?
Visual representation of where each prospect is in the respective cadence. Having to manually import contacts into Salesloft can be time consuming. It should automatically sync with whatever info is already attached to the contact on Salesforce.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization is huge. Staying organized is easy and thus, it makes the day more productive and efficient. No time wasted trying to see who you need to contact, what emails you have to send, etc.

Templates and snippets are useful content tools, yet the editor does not have a undo icon found on other common editors

The organized cadence steps help to give consistent outreaches to prospective customers and gives results.

Ease of use when using templates and sending personalized messages, but tons of them

Certain UI aspects - I can't have multiple things open at the same time
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Calling clients and creating trackable emails. The benefits I've realized is being able to send a mass email quickly and efficiently without losing any data.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
try it out! It's worth a shot! It's relatively easy to use and the onboarding is great. Expect frequent outages and a steep learning curve, but once you get it, it's a breeze to use.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the Email Templates & Analytics that I get from Salesloft. I know who is active & interested in the emails that I send by the number of times my customers interact with the mail that I send them.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much to dislike, maybe make the Templates load a little faster. I use a lot of templates & while it's simple, sometimes load time is slow.

It helps me prioritize potential customers that are interested in Square

There isn't much to dislike. Concerns are address quickly by the CS team.

I like that I can keep my cadences organized and see exactly what I need to accomplish that day. Having it connect right to SalesForce is amazing.

Sometimes the connection between SalesLoft and Salesforce can lag.

The best part is the ability to stay organized, knowing each day who to target. I also like being bale to break down prospects into different groups.

Sometimes there is technical issues and sales loft is down
