What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft makes it super easy and convenient to build cadences and help you keep on top of your activities. It is a must have for people in sales development and very handy for anyone that does some sort of outbound prospecting.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing to dislike as it has everything we need it for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prospecting in an easy and seamless way. Ensuring nothing falls through the cracks and automating what can be while personalizing the rest.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
When we originally signed up we opted not to go with the dialer. We shortly realized that reagrdless of the extra cost it was great add on to our setup.
Super Easy to Organize and Set-up Myself For Daily Success
What do you like best about the product?
I really like being able to organize all the information I need on a dashboard. IT makes it easy to make calls and send emails quickly and this is essential to my success on the job!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are delays in the system but they are quickly dealt with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been able to send out mass emails with important information to my accounts. I can also make calls quicker and log notes to keep track of my progress.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
From the sales perspective, I highly recommend!
Great tool to have
What do you like best about the product?
This software integrates extremely well with Google products as well as with SalesForce. It is a great tool for tracking progression and cadences.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no issues with this software and would recommend it to anyone working with or related to sales for a company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft helps streamline your outreach process and allows you to keep a repeatable cadence to manage calls and emails to prospects.
New, Easy, Effective
What do you like best about the product?
My favourite part with regards to using SalesLoft is how much more efficient it has made me. The menu system makes it a breeze to stay on top of my work and has made keeping on top of my admin way better than before!
What do you dislike about the product?
For my use case, there really isn't much of a negative critique I have for the platform!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A lot more transparency, easier to stay on top of things, and saving a lot of time tracking my work

In a role that makes a lot of calls and tracks a lot of data, using Salesloft has made my job a lot more enjoyable and efficient. Great job!
Clean and Direct Method of Outreach
What do you like best about the product?
The cadences are great for increasing the volume of prospects reached while still being selective with your targeted prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike, this is probably the best prospecting platform I have ever used! It even records my notes in the appropriate Salesforce field.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prospecting has increased to three times what I was able to complete before SalesLoft. Also, I am able to maximize the efficiency of my campaigns by email, or by industry by using the reporting feature.

Amazing prospecting tool for all businesses with a cold/warm prospecting practice.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Email cadences have been amazing through sales loft. Why even today I just got a solid lead through a cadence. Sales loft has streamlined everything I previously did. Making outbound calls through sales loft has also been a blessing. Super easy and convenient to use and makes my life easier. The analytics area has made for a great way to keep track of where I'm at and friendly competition in the work place. Support from sales loft when I had issues with it working was incredibly fast.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's streamlined for ease of use and will greatly improve productivity for anyone whether it be marketing or sales. Highly recommend this product to anyone even debating it.
Industry leader for a reason
What do you like best about the product?
SalesLoft's cadences are super powerful. Integration with Salesforce was relatively easy and seamless. Like the level of control it gives the admins - we can open up or lock down functionality as needed for our inside sales team. This is my second go round with SalesLoft, haven't regretted selecting them either time.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's some reporting items I'd like to see around immediacty and persistency, but we were able to work around this in Salesforce. Also, would love to be able to edit more custom fields on cadence completion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our immediacy has increased significantly, and our ability to get to more leads in a given day has increased probably around 50%. Also, we make sure no leads fall through the cracks - with the activities pushed to Salesforce, we're able to determine if leads are being contacted or not. Email cadences are FANTASTIC - instead of leaning on a marketing automation tool (where the timing can be all over the place), the reps are able to send and customize as a part of their process.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Really, they're one of two games in town as far as true Sales Automation / Sales Engagement tools are concerned. They fit our business model better for sure. Like them better than any "dialer" solution out there because they provide so much more customization and flexibility. If you're looking at one of the pure dialers, I would definitely take a look (especially on the ROI / cost of ownership side) at SalesLoft, even though they'll likely be more expensive than a traditional dialer.
We love the flexibility of SalesLoft and are very impressed by the customer service we have received
What do you like best about the product?
Our favorite part of SalesLoft is the fact that it allows up to better engage with our prospects. No more will our leads be lost in the massive lists we have accumulated.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not that we dislike anything, but in comparison with other solutions, SalesLoft is on the higher side as far as price is concerned. But, we have heard multiple success stories and that was enough motivation for us to pull the trigger.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The flow of our sales process was minimal and non-existant prior to SalesLoft. Just simply deciding to use there software has encouraged us to reinvent our process for a better future.
