Great Tool .. For Fast pacing Business

What do you like best about the product?
Integrating Salesloft with Salesforce was easy and quick.
Amazing Salesloft Support team which helps you talk through all the necessary steps.
What do you dislike about the product?
Got confused in integrating Salesloft with Salesforce but Support team helped us out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been setting up good cadence with prospects we couldn't reach before. This has streamlined the whole Sales approach.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you would like to streamline your Sales Cadence process, purchase Sales Loft. The key to your success is implementing and integrating it right.

What do you like best about the product?
Cadences - Salesforce tasks tend to build up but Cadences are intuitive. Templates and snippets can also help a team stay on message and provide new sales people with material to allow a quicker ramp up time. The emailing feature also syncs pretty well with Salesforce. There's also a cool feature where you can bump your tasks off to a later point if you need to.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is not the first company that I've been in that uses SalesLoft. Both have had severe quality issues with SalesLoft. When it works, its great, however the dialer and phone goes out frequently. There's also an issue with phone call quality and that has been at both of the companies I've worked for the used it. We also bought suggested headphones to use with SalesLoft and SalesLoft sometimes blames the headphones when they were the ones who suggested it. There's also been so many support issues, that we have stopped dealing with tickets at a location level. Instead our HQ has appointed two people who speak with them instead.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping Sales team organized, help marketing and sales team work on emails together, and to log calls and emails more efficiently with Salesforce. When it works, it really helps, however, it's been down quite a bit recently.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is the second company that I've worked for that has SalesLoft. There are really helful features, however, the main issue is that it goes out and cannot be relied on. Support is also unable to fix those problems. If this was my first company that had these issues, I might say it's an issue of implementation. However, since this is the second company I've been at with these issues, I think these problems are baked right into SalesLoft itself.

Great tool for managing leads

What do you like best about the product?
SalesLoft enables us to provide a consistent experience for all sales leads as well as ensures none fall through the cracks. It also allows us to better understand where there are opportunities in our follow-up and ensures all activities are recorded in Salesforce. Something that was not always done prior to implementing SalesLoft.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cadence reporting could be better/more intuitive. I'm still new to the tool but every time I attempt to look at reporting in Salesloft, I have difficulties finding what I need.

For example, I want to see which email performs the best in our different cadences. Instead of organizing by email type, it separates out by rep then by type. Since all the reps use the same email, it makes it difficult to see how it is doing overall.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1.) Sales activities are logged in Salesforce
2.) All marketing leads are followed up on
3.) Increases sales efficiency by organizing follow-up
4.) Improves sales coaching - transparency to rep activity

What do you like best about the product?
I really love the efficiency of salesloft brings to my job. having different templates and snippets in the same places added to the cadences has been a game changer

I wish I could see saleforce notes and past tasks in Salesloft

First and foremost productivity has been raised substantially.

Good quality platform, better quality customer support!

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoyed how customer support is very friendly during my interactions with them. I have been running into several issues (not game-breaking, but inconveniences) and support have been there to help resolve the issues almost immediately.

Another great feature of salesloft is the ability to schedule all of your emails and separate your workflows during the day. I really enjoy how easy it is to call and connect with contacts, and the tracking of calls have been very consistent.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the current integration with outlook as it tends to operate slowly and can sometimes be inconsistent if you aren't paying attention when lofting emails.

When you make changes to an email in the template, often times the platform lags and it can take up to 20 seconds for the words to fill in. Sometimes emails that are being lofted through outlook will lose their attachments or some of the content that you have written. When this happens it makes your emails look very unprofessional.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need to be able to track and send scheduled emails to prospective leads. The benefits are that setting up cadences and scheduling emails is very easy to do so with Salesloft.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure that you spend the appropriate time setting up your cadence actions and rules. Templates are very different from snippets and it's important that they are properly managed as changes to a template affect all cadences that it is being used in.

What do you like best about the product?
it's easy to use and it helps you tracked down all your activities, it's quite useful in this business. It also helps that the functions are well synchronized with my current line of work so it seems well enough to use
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't had any real issues that have cause me to dislike it so far, so I couldn't know. It may help to provide a more colorful platform, as a suggestion I may add.

Game-Changing Tool for Your Sales and Marketing Team

What do you like best about the product?
We’ve been using SalesLoft for the past 4 months and it’s already had a huge positive impact on the performance of our Sales Team. SalesLoft makes managing pipeline and communications effortless of our Reps. Our Marketing Team is able to build well-planned and strategic communication programs for our reps including call scripts, personalized emails, and other tasks. Each morning, the Rep has prepopulated tasks they need to complete - no more trying to remember who they need to call when - it’s all done for them! Once tasks are completed and contacts are updated, everything is automatically tracked and synced back to our Salesforce application giving us full visibility. In addition to process automation, it’s made coaching and training much easier. We love having the ability to listen in on calls, provide live coaching, and the ability to go back and review call for coaching and feedback. The leaderboards and team performance metrics are very useful and create friendly competition to drive more sales!
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren’t many things I dislike about the program. The program is always evolving for the better. I think they could make some improvements on the cadence creation side of the program - such as making it easier to build out automation rules. It would also be helpful to have more how-to videos available - the webinars are really good though!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SalesLoft makes it much easier for our Sales Representative to execute on marketing programs, manage communications, build out future tasks, and track/report on their activities. With full visibility, we’re able to better forecast results, build stronger reps, and ultimately drive more business.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a must-have tool for any sales organization! Speak to anyone using it and they'll tell you the same thing! When implementing the solution, take advantage of all the support offered by the SalesLoft team - they do a great job and are there to support you during the process! Brian Honick did an excellent job working with us, from initial setup to getting our individual reps up and running! Awesome onboarding experience.

What do you like best about the product?
the fact that I am able to send out mass email outreach to my consumers, while also having the ability to track open/click rates
What do you dislike about the product?
server can often times lag behind in notifying me when someone has looked at/opened my email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to send out mass emails without having to personalize each one. this has given back much needed time that wouldn't have otherwise.

What do you like best about the product?
Automation of emails, sporadic ability to see who is engaging with your materiel. Templates and statistics are very useful. Call recording can be useful especially when dealing with a prospect who speaks a lot of jargon or has a heavy accent.
What do you dislike about the product?
Emails can oftentimes get caught in spam filter. Serious limitations due to laws in some territories i.e. can't email directly from Salesloft. If you include a link in your email, many firewalls will open it giving you false positives.

Efficient Prospecting Done Right

What do you like best about the product?
I can put a set of prospects in a cadence and set steps for each one. I love this feature because I know exactly what I have to do the next day and allows me to stay focused instead of doing laborious work to look through old emails or call lists. Calling is easy to use, reminders are helpful. I really like the analytics to keep track of how many calls and emails are sent. I like that it allows you to auto fill names, signatures, templates, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes dialing can be latent. I wish there was a 'call answered' tracker such as when they did pick up or way to filter all people by who answered. If there is a way i seem to overlooked it. Calling has to disposition 2 options and can add time when call blitzing. Would be nice if it had a symbol for calls answered. Sometimes i’m concerned my emails are blocked because it’s being sent via salesloft, albeit still through outlook. I feel views and clicks are very accurate but what margin for error is there is what i’m wondering.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
sales organization, focused on prospecting, less time organization a spreadsheet. The outreach has been higher than traditional methods. Tracking everything makes it beneficial for other reps who may overlap as well. Adds to transparency overall.
