SalesLoft admin experience
What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to manage SalesLoft admin functions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Initially it was difficult to find where the admin functions were. They should be easier to find, maybe like on the top navigation bar.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were trying to set up email cadences for our marketing and sales teams. So far they have been working well and we have seen good adoption from them.
Salesloft, a lot of great tools in one place.
What do you like best about the product?
Email tracking is a really valuable tool, both clicks and opens are great. Mostly accurate.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could access all of SalesLoft from within SFDC, as opposed to two separate sites.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Trying to maximize cold outreach efficiency. It definitely helps keep track of all your actions and see trends of what emails/talk tracks/timing works best.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Evaluate whether you would rather use SFDC tasks to organize outreach or SalesLoft cadences.
Using cadences on a daily basis to generate leads.

The customization of the cadences. Setting team templates.

The analytics and the frequent glitches with the link to salesforce

Post engagement interactions.
Once initial engagement is made, the current Salesloft process stops. Further communication is required to fully engage the customer - this is where Salesloft fails - perhaps futher intergration with email.

I love the ability to create custom cadences and the analytics to help me see what messaging is working, and what isn't.

The integration with Salesforce could be better. Also, the way the call steps are set up makes it a bit slow to get through the calls.

I am automating the tedious process of sending mass emails to prospects and gaining more visibility into the results.
