What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Forgetting about leads that need to be nurtured, saving time with templates, understanding what templates work and which ones don't.

Cadences - automating a series of steps for one or more leads

What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of reporting for Accounts and improvements to SFDC synchronization are slow to come.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reducing time spent on writing e-mails and manually organizing calls we have to make on a daily basis. We've managed to allocate that extra time on other tasks that led to increased efficiency.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It has good integrations and they're adding more and more to the solution but it's most suited for Small and Medium businesses rather than Enterprise size ones.

Not enough automation capabilities within cadences

What do you like best about the product?
SalesLoft's product philosophy to power personalization and quality prospecting at scale best align with our approach to strategic, account based prospecting and our belief of how the executive decision makers we reach prefer to be engaged. And SalesLoft's company culture and philosophy demonstrates their value in working hard to drive high levels of customer success and advocacy. It's been my consistent experience, from the CEO and across the business units and levels, their people have high empathy and alignment with making happy, productive customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
We occasionally experience short-term issues that impact system performance and availability. This is not unique to SalesLoft and I know they have executive commitment and investment in improving this for their growing customer base.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SalesLoft helps us drive pipeline creation and revenue acceleration for our business.
Great email marketing tool for Sales!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is for my Sales team to test and optimize messaging based on real-time views, clicks, and responses. It's also great for the Sales team to collaborate on cadences for outbound or inbound email templates. The dialer is an awesome feature - make sure you take advantage of it! The support line is super fast and always reliable. Love those folks!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike... they can improve their meeting intelligence tool so that it's competitive with other platforms that focus on recorded meetings and training.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're trying to automate our outbound efforts and SalesLoft solves that exactly!
Great tool for outbound sales outreach
What do you like best about the product?
Automated email and call outreach. Allows us to work with SFDC as well as other tools in our sales stack (Vidyard, Owler, Sales Navigator). Provides an easy to use interface and good admin reporting and setup. It's been great to see SalesLoft grow and build on their product and release new feature sets that really impact our sales process (calendar bookings, sales navigator integration, etc..)
What do you dislike about the product?
System can be more stable at times - we have experienced a decent amount of outages the last few months. Other than that - we are happy customers

What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft helps automate cadences very seamlessly - saving a ton of time while ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this point, everything has been like I wanted it to be and I have zero complaints. It may take some time for new users to get used to understanding workflows and integrations with your existing tech stack (such as Salesforce for example) - but it is pretty seamless and straightforward once you've gone through everything once.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scale outbound connections while still personalizing messaging when necessary. This is the perfect tool every SDR/BDR team absolutely needs to crush it, and it can benefit anyone in a role where there is some kind of prospecting involved.
As a company, it has not only helped us increase the number of connections we can do - it has increased productivity and employee satisfaction. It makes our business development team more efficient.

What do you like best about the product?
The software itself is really easy to use. It has all of the features that you would expect. But the thing that is incredible is the actual company that you get to work with. The support system for cusomers is absolutely insane. I've never experienced such great customer service.
We looked into almost every other system out there to fit our needs. We had a pretty specific situation for them to work with. They got everyone on the phone that needed to be part of this and worked through every step. There were other companies that I felt like were trying to push us into changing our process to fit their product and I really didn't want to do that. SalesLoft was patient and made sure that our process didn't have to change, and they were awesome at making it work for us.

They are still working on some of the Salesforce to SalesLoft features but overall it seems like things are moving fast enough to keep with our growing needs. No complaints

We have a high volume of calls (cadences), mixed with other reps that are using it for tracking custom emails and such. We've been able to increase our calls and really make better customer experience.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Compare them head-to-head with anyone else. If there are questions, ASK. SalesLoft does a great job with transparency and making sure it's right for you.

What do you like best about the product?
Lofting emails and building cadences are what I like best because it adds tracking and reduces my need to remember all the customers I need to reach out to.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the emails disconnect and i can't loft my emails and so that can be a bit frustrating and sometimes when we reach out there seems like there's not great help.

Logging emails in Salesloft and setting cadences- organization is HUGE benefit and not having to remember so mcu
