Very good tool for Prospecting Sales Reps
What do you like best about the product?
SalesLoft really helps me to automate my outbound email activities and generate more lead for myself. Honestly, I can't imagine living without it. It also helps me test different messaging.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I don't like about SalesLoft is that when I'm in Salesforce, I can't see the cadence steps. In general, I wish there was very visibility in Salesforce as to what's happening in my SalesLoft instance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As an outbound "hunter" I'm able to generate more leads for myself faster with SalesLoft than without,

Think about mapping out your Cadences.
Salesloft-not the best but it works
What do you like best about the product?
I think that Crystal is actually very helpful, when it applies to the contact which is not often.
What do you dislike about the product?
The use of tags instead of true filters to search through contacts. Even simple things like there not being a back button on contacts--you have to push the internet back button 2-3 times. Also searching is very finicky
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I personally as an SDR have not benefitted from the move to Salesloft from Hubspot. However, my managers love the analytics that to me have little relevancy.
Great for enabling sales teams
What do you like best about the product?
We have control over the sales follow-up, and can also connect marketing campaigns to salesloft to enable sales to be a part of the conversion process as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Training definitely leaves gaps. There's quite a few nuances that you're not told about during training, and then it screws up your entire workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Controlling follow-up to allow for less rejection of leads or leads slipping through the cracks. Less admin-type of work for sales teams.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Discuss your use cases with your onboarding specialist. Make sure your data in SFDC is clear. Solidify workflow processes before rolling out to Sales.
I used Salesloft to track calls and emails sent to prospects
What do you like best about the product?
I liked the cadence feature, that allows you to upload lists and automatically add them to a workflow of emails and calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
Due to internal security, Salesloft required me to re-sign into my gmail account very frequently. Instead of being able to hit "send all" on a cadence, it stopped after a few emails and makes me sign in before continuing to send then rest of the emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking calls and emails.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Be sure to spend time on the implementation to ensure ease of use and tracking in your CRM. Make sure all of the fields and values are consistent with your CRM.
Good analytics but not user friendly
What do you like best about the product?
The analytics tab is helpful for management. It seems like the platform was made for management and not actual SDRs. It is helpful for 1:1s to be able to dig into the metrics of each team member and see which email templates are working best, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of filters for the peoples tab. On Hubspot we could filter by people who had seen a demo, when they were last contacted, customers, etc but you can really just search by email domain and tag on Salesloft. It is also frustrating that you cannot reply back to an email directly on Salesloft and sometimes it will not log my email replies on the analytics tab.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft is allowing us to have a central platform to send our outreach and track outreach that our SDR team is doing to attorneys that we are reaching out to. The main benefits we have realized are the different metrics we can see into to get a better grasp on the outreach our team is doing, best times to email call/ etc.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
More filters on people! More customization
More efficient process than Hubspot and is great for analytics.
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the cadence tab on the right the best. I don't have to open a bunch of new windows to sort through all of my contacts. The way it's laid out is very efficient for slicing and dicing through contacts.
What do you dislike about the product?
There can be a lot more filters to sort through old contacts other representatives have worked through as well finding contacts. For example: city, state, success date, title, firm... The way hubspot has is more user friendly and allows you to get granular.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Business problem of continued outreach for calling help expedite the process.
Great tool to stay organized

The ability to build out a cadence to easily stay on track
What do you dislike about the product?
The search function often is not able to find contacts or is buggy. I will have a search that wil show a contact while typing, but if I continue typing the name the contact will disappear

Increased outreach for sales. Able to send more emails efficiently as well as increased call volume

What do you like best about the product?
The layout of the software is very easy to use. Great for tracking calls and emails on a daily basis.

Sometimes the software freezes and I have restart chrome.

What do you like best about the product?
Costello (acquired by SalesLoft): I like the general structure of the product and how it assists in guiding sales folks through remembering to collect the right information as well as reducing the amount of administrative data entry and natural gaps in data completeness.
What do you dislike about the product?
Costello (acquired by SalesLoft): I wish there was a way to format the questions/answers differently to make better use of screen space. I'd like to be able to do more when it comes to spacing between questions or columns so that I could better design my playbook to be fluid with a call's natural conversation vs. linear.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Costello (acquired by SalesLoft): Data completeness and entry into Hubspot, training and reminders of best practices for any given call, assistance with drill down questions, and objection resolution
Salesloft has been an excellent addition for our Salesteam, adding simplicity to our outreach.
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of building and reporting on cadences makes it simple for both the Sales team and management to monitor the cadneces. This enables the Salesteam to concentrate on what they should be doing, SELLING!
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to create bespoke reports from Salesloft in a simpler format than is currently available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Salesloft for activity across our sales campaigns. It has made the monitoring of our high level outreach a lot easier than the system we were using previously.
