What do you like best about the product?
The great preference that I have for Salesloft is the display. It is simplified and very intuitive
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are connection breaks between the tool Salesloft and Gmail

Salesloft allows me to better track prospects and evaluate my business performance

What do you like best about the product?
The presentation itself is very user friendly. When you're looking at the same screen for most of you day, it does help that it is visually appealing. It is very intuitive to use, everything is exactly where it should be. I enjoy that it allows for personal e-mail customization or to send out many emails at once. The call quality is also excellent.

This platform "warms up" cold calls extremely well.

Very great customer support that gives the impression of a caring company. I have very little negative to say.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I really dislike is that during a cadence you cannot edit every e-mail in a step. For example, I find it more beneficial in a step of a cadence to change the salutations from "dear" to "Good morning." I have to individually edit every single e-mail instead of applying the changes to each one automatically or at request.

There are some bugs like calls not dialing out, but a quick refresh fixes all of them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping cadences organized. When you are contacting many different personas at once, it keeps the companies message consistent and organized. Every persona gets a specialized focus, and increases the chance of successes.

Not much to complain about - it does what I need it to do.

Keeping reps organized. It's easy to get busy and forget to follow up with prospects etc. Salesloft keeps that all organized and in check for you!

Easy to use for inbound sales email cadences

What do you like best about the product?
We use this purely for automated email cadences for our sales team. It's really simple and easy and we've found higher open/response rates than other platforms we've used before.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't integrate directly with our CRM, which causes some manual work for my team and makes it difficult for us to make more specific email campaigns based on client's industry, company size, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving our team a ton of additional administrative work while automatically contacting prospective customers. Allowing us to more efficiently track who we should continue engaging with.

What do you like best about the product?
The Live Feed, Cadences and integration with Salesforce are by far the best I have experienced with any solution out there. The User Interface is very friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some times that an email sent via the SaleLoft plug-in to Outlook will not fully send, although I am not sure if this is an Outlook or SalesLoft problem
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Putting leads and contacts on email cadences was a time-intensive and inefficient process prior to implementing SalesLoft. The benefits to this are ensuring my clients receive timely emails and updates and knowing when they receive them

Excellent fit for Prospecting Teams

What do you like best about the product?
We've found cadences and the dialer to be the biggest productivity improvement. The real secret sauce is that the system ensures that our sales reps are taking the steps necessary to land meetings. In today's world it takes 8-13+ touches to land a qualified sales opportunity and 40%+ of sales reps give up after the first attempt. The system breaks prospecting down to a science that can be easily repeated. The set up was extremely easy. The support and implementation teams have been fantastic.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are small hiccups here and there which is to be expected with any software platform. The SalesLoft connect plug-in for the outlook client (not O365 - haven't tested that much yet) needs a lot of work or to be taken down as it has caused more harm then good. Fixing that would be a huge help. Specifically, there were failed emails and some formatting issues that came out of that which caused major heartburn. Besides that we've been happy with the platform to date and support has been able to very quickly handle any small issues that arise.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our reps are asked to prospect regularly along with their other responsibilities. The business problem we had was that it was very hard to understand best practices for prospecting and to ensure all reps had the right tools & messaging to prospect effectively. We've already seen an uptick in pipeline and have identified several deals that have closed for significant revenue using the system. The reps who identified those deals were on steps 6, 7, 8+ and I have to think that if we didn't have this system there is a good chance we wouldn't have landed that initial meeting.

What do you like best about the product?
SalesLoft is a very organized software that's great for keeping track of sales metrics for our Business Development team. It is helpful to track productivity and ensure that our team is hitting all marks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be a little slow to load pages and difficult to find the metrics I am looking for
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The benefit I have realized is that it is great to be able to track productivity within our team for calls.
