What do you like best about the product?
Sales loft allows you to manage leads any stay on top of them in an effective and efficient way. Analyzing the cadences allows us to figure out the most effective way to reach out to our customers
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if some emails sent automatically, I think this would make some of our daily functions easier
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales loft has signals that show that a lead has responded, this allows you to make less errors or bring past knowledge into the conversation with a potential client

What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft has an easy to use dashboard and easy to view tabs to keep track of previous outreach, notes, and recorded calls. This makes outreach simple and seamless!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Salesloft has outages and lagging during prime business hours. This can impact productivity, but the outages are typically short.

It's difficult to manage prospects and I think there could be easier to track hot prospects with improved analytics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating the day-to-day operations of outreach and managing the steps necessary to discover cold leads that are sales-qualified opportunities.

Using salesloft we have improved volume of outreach and have achieved quarter after quarter record in number of qualified opportunities generated for our account executives.

What do you like best about the product?
SalesLoft makes it easy and convenient for enrolling prospects in sales cadences to prospect out too. Their ability to link with your CRM (Salesforce) and set up API rules allows for consistent data across platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more reporting tools to keep track of what prospects you have in cadence when looking multiple days ahead. For example, it is tough to see what cadence steps you will have open the next day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft help keeps my activity on track and keeps up with sales goals by enabling me to enroll prospect into cadence steps for call, emails, etc. This helps ensure I am hitting my prospects an appropriate amount of times over a given time period.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you have adequate resources to set up API with CRM to get the most out of the platform.

What do you like best about the product?
Cadences- clear consistent customized and trackable steps
What do you dislike about the product?
Tedious importing from SalesForce. Is there a way to import hundreds of contacts from SalesLoft at once?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Punctuality and personalization. Cadences allow for perfect punctuality and easy to use logging, notes, tracking and vidyard give me opportunities to make my message personal. I will say the opportunity to use vidyard sets me apart as a leader among competition.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This product doubles my productivity because it allows me to set a cadence for one day that includes a call and an email. Additionally, I can send 100+ emails with embedded videos nonetheless all at the same time with 1 click!!

What do you like best about the product?
I like seeing in real time when people look at my emails and how well i can stay on a plan of communication with prospects. And it all syncs back to salesforce!
What do you dislike about the product?
I like the calendar functionality, but the way it looks isn't pretty. I also wish i could do more with making some templates such as having different boxes that update automatically, kind of like constant contact.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have booked business using salesloft. Keeping a structured plan of communication (cadence) with a prospect is near impossible without a platform like salesloft. You could say you'll keep track of it in excel, and you might, but excel wont keep you on track to do it.

What do you like best about the product?
The cadences are a real time saver and ensures that you never miss a lead. Also, the fact that all calls are recorded is brilliant, because I can always go back to listen to a call in case I missed something.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Salesloft calls will break up, but this might be due to internet connection.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Uncovering more opportunities by ensuring all leads are followed up on in a timely manner.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft makes it so easy to send emails to a wide range of people in wide range of industries.
What do you dislike about the product?
Bounce counts have been inaccurate and sometimes auto replies are counted as responses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft allows me to reach hundred of people in an efficient scalable way which helps me manage my time and be able to follow up with high value targets.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is extremely user friendly. You will get the hang of it very easily.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the breakdown of cadences for specific outreach with prospects. You can easily click into a prospects salesforce account which makes the experience seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of integration with email client and salesforce to automatically remove returned emails

How often a prospect is being contacted in an effort to make proper adjustments moving forward.

What do you like best about the product?
The reporting features of Salesloft help my team stay on top of and crush their activity goals. Salesloft's reporting functionality pushes directly and seamlessly into Salesforce with included Dashboard packages. Our team saw a 2x activity increase with the help of Salesloft automation.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found any features I wish Salesloft had yet... They are constantly adding to their offerings to keep on top of customer needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salelsoft fixes many sales process issues for us. The main fix is reducing the number of manual tasks our reps have to perform.

What do you like best about the product?
Our organization loves SalesLoft and we found them to be far superior to other Sales Enablement tools. Salesloft does a great job in allowing our reps to send out a high volume of outreach while still personalizing at every touchpoint.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much. The Gmail integration sometimes freezes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Faster ramp time for new reps, increased personalization at scale, more accountability.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Go with SalesLoft. I've had experience using Outreach, Apollo and SaleLoft as both a user and an admin and they are by far the best.
