Effective sales tool to help overall day to day activity

What do you like best about the product?
Helps track calls, emails, meetings, accounts and contacts. Allows you to run cadences for outbound prospecting. used as an outbound dialer to call current customers and prospects
What do you dislike about the product?
Great tool overall for cadences and prospecting. Sometimes importing people into cadences it freezes. Removing people from cadences or skipping steps is not the easiest.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how well it keeps track of my emails to clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how if my message shows up as spam or deleted it says it's been clicked. I would want another indicator saying the message was deleted or deleted without opening.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm learning what works best as far as emails go. Increasing our overall ROI.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend my SalesLoft to my friends in similar positions to me.

Very Nice Prospecting Tool

What do you like best about the product?
I loved the email marketing framework, and the ability to add sequences of phone calls and other methods of outreach in that framework.

Salesloft makes it very simple to send a large number of emails ~150-200 while still customizing them before blasting them out to the world. It's great for sending a large number of slightly-customized emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
The framework for building a 'cadence' is a bit rigid. Salesloft does almost exactly what you waqnt it to, but it can be inflexible at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft is a fantastic prospecting tool. I set more meetings as a result of my SL account, without question.

Great CRM software

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Salesloft is the cadence features. The automation makes it very efficient to reach out to customers. I also like the calling and email features, and the fact that you can leave automated voicemails.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that it was more integrated with Salesforce- when I'm converting leads from Salesforce to Salesloft, it can get a bit inefficient at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The business problem I solve with sales loft is reaching out to many customers via cold calling in as little time as possible, and Salesloft has shown me the benefits of automation.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Save time by checking out the cadence, and automated email and voicemail features

Top notch prospecting and follow up software

What do you like best about the product?
I thoroughly enjoyed my experience with Salesloft. From my first interactions with Justin Golding in Sales, through the entire sales process and into implementation with Sarah Jones, we were able to see the value and understand how to use Salesloft successfully in our organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
I had to stretch for this one, cause I love it. Some of the features/functions took more customization than I thought they would and it wasn't as "out of the box" as I originally expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outbound prospecting into target accounts for Sales and following up with inbound leads.

Get it already!

Close More Deals With Costello

What do you like best about the product?
I love the dynamic scripts and the integrations with my tech stack. Over the years my team and I have used Google docs or tried memorizing the messaging but it hasn't produced consistency in our qualification process. Costello has forced us to strategize our qualification process and stick to our messaging. In addition, they have the reporting to back up which call paths lead to conversion. I couldn't imagine selling any other way.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly can't think of anything. Any suggestions or issues that I bring to them are solved right away. In addition, they're always adding new features and asking for feedback.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest issues for salespeople is they skip steps or don't know what's working for them. Costello helps with both of these. It's a great tool for reps to execute excellently and consistently. It's a way for managers to ensure reps are following the process and to make an adjustments that are needed.

Get a demo as soon as possible.

I'm still getting it set up, but hope the automation of removing a contact from a cadence will work better.

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite feature by far is that all calls are recorded. I love having the ability to listen to something from the past that I might have forgotten or hear previous calls other colleagues had had with my client when it was theirs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that I have to pull reports and bring the contacts over into salesloft for things to login SFDC.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can track all interactions with certain customers and see who I am not interacting with as much. It's also been really good for training new Account Managers coming into my organization because you can show them previous interactions and which customers are easier to work with.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely use the scheduling link for setting meetings with customers. Giving them your calendar makes it work with their schedule! I can also now see how I stack up against colleagues on productivity on a day to day basis.

Efficient, but lacking customization

What do you like best about the product?
Pretty seem-less integrations with other 3rd party apps. Good error log. Very easy to use, training took almost no time which made implementation a breeze. The analytics system is also a huge improvement from what we were using with Hubspot. (the analytics page needs to be more customizable though)
What do you dislike about the product?
Not having the ability to build custom lists based on fields other than status or tags. Cannot customize page layouts. The Automation rules seem to be very limited, needs to be able to fire whenever any single thing is changed and not just pre-determined actions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mass email campaigns and lead generation. We've started to utilize it's integration with VidYard as well. Our field reps also utilize it to run campaigns in their geographical region or for campaigns after events they attended. Understanding our outreach trends and which cadences are more successful than others.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
There are some capabilities that have become industry standard in the past couple years and Salesloft should match those abilities rather than adding flashy new plug ins. The one quarter to improve and one quarter to release new features also is not one that End Users understand (we want people were paying to always be pushing out new features all year long.)

What do you like best about the product?
The updates (even since I started using SalesLoft in April 2018) have continued to strengthen the product.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes while customizing an email within a cadence, your cursor will jump to the top of the email. Although pasting snippets is easy, if you're trying to add a snippet to a large number of emails, it becomes easier to copy and paste but the keep formatting prompt slows you down.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps your effectiveness high and allows you to test new content.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
After having a session with support, they customization of fields and mapping to Salesforce make this a perfect addition for increasing the efficiency of the SFDC Sales Cloud.
