What do you like best about the product?
Automates my cadences and puts all my steps in one easy-to-read place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like a view similar to Salesforce when you search for a lead or account. For example, if you searched an account, it would be nice to have all leads at that account pop up with information displayed in rows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows you to be efficient in and keep up with outreach.

SFDC integration can have hiccups and the email tracking seems iffy.

What do you like best about the product?
Makes my life so much easier by organizing my correspondence and saves me from embarrassingly sending too many/few messages.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface could use a tune up - integrating lofts with salesforce is a bit tedious
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am now more effectively communicating with clients and prospects, eliminating the over delivery of emails and better spacing between messages. I see and hear positive feedback from our clients as a result.

i like how well it integrates with salesforce, as well as the overall layout of my cadences and the flexibility to customize messages to prospects. the analytics are sweet too, I can see my connect rate, and its easy to see this as opposed to salesforce where running reports is a pain
What do you dislike about the product?
wish there was an undo button when i send emails, also wish I could transfer people from one cadence to another where it would automatically remove them from one and add to another rather than having to remove then add. also wish there was a way to where if an email bounces it'll add them to a different cadence rather than auto remove, that way I can keep dialing but not waste time emailing

upping my outreach, and salesloft makes it easier, also getting insight as to when people are more likely to pick up the phone

What do you like best about the product?
Automating processes like follow-ups, tracking emails, results etc. Love the flexibility, ability to create templates, and go back to my phone call recordings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Perhaps the reminders are probably the most useless aspect of SalesLoft, I never use them. I'd rather use calendar reminders.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integrations with SalesForce and ConnectAndSell, amongst multiple other results.

Make the most out of it, take your time to practice and learn. Build templates, cadences, do A/B testing, check online for tips and more!

Salesloft integrates with salesforce very well and makes databasing vs business dev quick and painless, even after 100 calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some organizational points like cadences get bumped to the top of activity, gets messy when you have a team

Getting in front of people at the right time. Auto reminders are great for this.

If you want an easy built in dialer to make calls quickly do it.

Sometimes the view/open rates are not always accurate.
