What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft sets up your whole day for you. Become more streamlined and never miss a touch.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like how my email signature does not look the same as mine in Outlook.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to send mass emails, and streamlining my reach out strategy.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform makes it very easy to keep track of who I need to connect with, and gives me the tools I need to creative diverse outreach.
What do you dislike about the product?
The site crashes infrequently. Happens less and less, but is still a problem at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives myself and the members of my team an all in one place to connect with our prospects.

I like how the calling feature is very easy to use, automates physically dialing.

It can be hard to copy cadences sometimes.

What do you like best about the product?
With great integrations with my phone system, Gmail, and Salesforce, I save a lot of time. (Plus the email analytics are nice to have also.)
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the email functionality is slow and the Salesforce data logging can be laggy. Not sure if the fault is theirs or mine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I save time and am better organized.

data. making data driven decisions around my sales process. I have data on demo to close and all my sales activities
What do you dislike about the product?
they learning curve is a bit steep. i wish there was more training on the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
better close ratio on my demos, i am lowering my call to demo ratio as well which is great.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
worth the investment, go all in on the data that salesloft provides. extremely insightful product offering and very competitive

Love scheduling emails to send at certain times of day, within a sequence and as one-offs
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the SFDC plug-in won't allow me to send emails, so I have to copy-paste and send from gmail
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
More appointments set for my AE's

Used Outreach.io at a previous company, SalesLoft was easy to pick up

What do you like best about the product?
Tight integration with Salesforce. It's very easy to manage large lists of prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. This product is terrific, and the tight integration with Salesforce makes it easy to transfer information back and forth between Salesforce and other systems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Increased productivity for my job, which makes it easier and helps me hit my targets.

Ease of workflow, ability to make cadences, integration with Salesforce

I wish it was easier to upload contact lists from Salesforce

Prospecting. I learned how to prospect on Outlook. Salesloft is easier to use and I don't know how I'd prospect without it
