The centralized location
What do you like best about the product?
I like Salesloft because everything is contained in one system. It is extremely helpful that I don't have to toggle to many different screens to get the information I need. Do I want to look at current opportunities? Look in Salesloft. Do I want to put up a specific contact? Look in Salesloft. Do I want to listen to a current recording to get some notes? Look in Salesloft. Everything is condensed in one centralized location at right at your fingertips!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside to Salesloft is the ability to update contact information. You have to go into salesforce to make the updates and then sync it back to Saleloft. I wish it could be a one stop shop!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to keep track of who I called and emailed. I don't want to reach out to the same person over and over again. I like that it keeps track for me so I don't have to write names down of who I already contacted.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft helps me keep my work organized and reach my quota every month. Being able to split my contracts into specific cadences helps me stay organized in a busy environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that could be better is being able to answer inbound calls from Salesloft.

Its automations. It really saves me a lot of time when prospecting. Its sync with our CRM.
What do you dislike about the product?
In my company, we use 2 or 3 different email addresses for prospecting reasons. We tried to add 2 email addresses, but we never figured out how, which made us contact you but no results were achieved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly prospecting. We are a software company and we receive dozens of new trials per day, which we need to prospect (almost every of them). Since our team is not very big, we use salesloft for automations and sending emails automatically. We can also track those emails so we analyze our emailing.
Great CRM with large amount of innovative features & functionalities
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the Cadences feature that allows you to automate customized messages to your clients/prospects. It really organizes things really nicely and is easy to use with a click of a button. Theres also a Deals feature (tab) that allows you to manage your sales pipeline so you can easily track the progress of deals and forecast sales trends using AI which I thought was pretty neat. Lastly I like the analytics feature which gives a detailed report of all your key performance indicators.It is extremely accurate and thorough.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I had issues connecting Salesloft to other CRMs like Salesforce. I often had to refresh my page or restart my browser multiple times before it finally connected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft solves the problem of providing key data that allows you to really analyze your sales process and indicators. Things such as calls, emails, open rate, close rate, etc are all tracked and recorded so you get a nice view of where things can go wrong or where things can improve. For me, it helped show me a crucial metric such as open rate to really hone in on what emails were getting the most responses and which were not.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Receiving inbound leads and being able to upload them into the platform, cold call, and then add to a cadence has streamlined my workflow and made me a more efficient SDR
