What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to track my emails and cadences in real time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the level of granularity it provides when it comes to tracking details. This is a tool for SDR's and my role is geared to existing customers. Getting this setup with cadences and groups is a huge task. You may need to hire someone just to get this up and running initially. Once that is complete- you are golden!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SalesLoft helps to generate new business efficiently. You can reach thousands of prospects using a process that requires minimal effort.

Unbelievable Prospecting Tool

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to re-use prospecting temples and event invites. Also the ability to schedule emails to be sent at a later time
What do you dislike about the product?
When you view your sent emails it makes it seem like the person you sent it to viewed them and it gets confusing because you have to drill into it and see if it was you or them viewing. Also does not integrate with your CRM
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sending out more emails using less-time.

What do you like best about the product?
The To Do list when you first log on to SalesLoft. Helps not forget about anything or anyone.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like the cap on the amount of people you can add at a time. I really do not see the value in kingmaker 10 spread sheets to upload 10,000 contacts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it allows for constant touch across many accounts/different situations. It can also run in the back ground while you keep up with the day-to-day operations.

Better customer tracking

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to get context into how customers are interacting with other people in the company so that I can communicate with them effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the email chains get confusing and the order of communication isn't clear.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lots of people in the company communicate with the same customers and it's hard to know who each customer has talked to and what they talk about. Email/phone call tracking has made it really easy to learn about how a customer has previously interacted with other people so that I'm not repeating the same information,

What do you like best about the product?
I like having the cadences. The cadences are so helpful to keep me on track with my day-to-day. Who I need to call, who I need to email, etc. I also like that you are able to build templates. This is especially useful when there is a standard email I sent frequently. Finally, meeting intelligence gives me the insight that I need to listen back to my calls in a profound, exploratory way. Email tracking is great (when accurate).
What do you dislike about the product?
The dashboard can get messy sometimes. There are some rules within a cadence that I don't like (re: moving a client from one step to another or email variant rules). It also isn't the easy to upload contacts into in a mass way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SalesLoft allows me to structure my day. Using proven sales algorithms surrounding time/volume of touches for a given prospect, I can generate a cadence that is enabling my success. I'm also able to save time and add personalization to my emails in an expedited manner.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the integration with Salesforce and very user-friendly. We can share and collaborate with sales and marketing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not come across anything that I did not like, it has helped me with time management helped me stay on task daily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are focusing on ABM and really trying to personalize the customer's journey. We have seen higher conversation in closing new business.

Sales loft is MUST NEED product for every sales team

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy salesloft is to use! It saves me so much time and helps me stay organized. SalesLoft helps me the most with initial prospecting- I love the integration with LinkedIn, Salesforce, and owler. Having all the information at my fingertips helps me tremendously when I catch someone live on the phone or are trying to quickly personalize an email. SalesLoft also helps me to keep track of my outreach with specific cadences. I can also collaborate and share cadences with other users and team members- this allows us to easily share best practices and not reinvent the wheel. I also love the tracking features for emails that I send out and ability to have local dial numbers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The email tracking is not able to recognize if it was the actual person vs someone who might have been cc or forwarded the email (minor flaw). It's not easy to do one off reply's through SalesLoft so I choose to do those just in my email. The process to get leads into SalesLoft is initially a bit time consuming, but once that is done it is smooth sailing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
increased productivity, greater team collaboration, ability to stay more organized and expand my reach to a broader audience in a faster amount of time while still being personalized in my outreach. SalesLoft has really helped with top of funnel activity- gone are the days of manual tracking in excel spreadsheets and copying and pasting email templates.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
SalesLoft is great if you are looking for something to help your BDR and AEs with top of funnel activity, prospecting, and organization! Trial the product with the members of your team and get their feedback on how this would help them in their day to day activities.

Excel your Sales Process

What do you like best about the product?
Love the ability to manage my day to day sales activities. Super easy to run through cadences and don't need to bounce around from application to application in order to run my business
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I can think of. Sometimes the Chrome plugin can quit out and I realize that I'm not logging info too late.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides the efficiency within the sales process. I can touch on so many more leads now with the platform.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Ensure you know which platforms it integrates with (Salesforce, etc)

Organizes call & email campaigns, keeps track of history for each lead, useful automation (remove from cadence if uninterested, etc.)
