Great Product
What do you like best about the product?
The thing I like best about Sales Loft is the ability to run cadences. It is a great tool that keeps you on track for prospecting. Also is a great tool that allows you to track what emails of yours are working since it tracks the open rate of all emails sent. I also like how it lets you see other employees cadences as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I have found that I dislike about this product. One thing that I would wish is that it had better integration with SalesForce. Sometimes it can take a while for logged calls in sales loft to show up in SalesForce. This cause people to call acounts that have already been contacted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main business problem we are solving with this product is the ability to more effectively and efficiently prospect to our clients. It gives you live states on which of your emails are working and not by the click and response rate data.

Great product to use and would highly recommend to anyone considering.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of building new and complex cadences. Salesloft is simple to navigate, configure, and work with. I am constantly launching new unique cadences into my territory. Shifting messaging to allow for targeting prospecting cadences is very easy
Additionally, I love that this stuff logs my activity. For my own personal needs and for my manager's desires logging activity is a lot easier in Salesforce when i can do it with one click from Salesloft.

What do you dislike about the product?
Using Salesloft from within Salesforce is subpar. I have used similar tools before that had a better integration allowing for me to add contacts in Salesforce into cadences from within Salesforce. You can do that with Salesloft, but it just is not as user friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prospecting. I mean that is what the tool is all about.

I like how easy it is to train someone in the platform.

I really don't like how there are a lot of different options and no one right answer when it comes to issues we have with the software.

With SalesLoft we know all of our sales members are on the same page and sending out the same content.

What do you like best about the product?
Creativity SF offers when building your cadence e-mails, and categorizations of accounts/contacts in a cadence step by step.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes some errors occur which cause the loss of the cadence flow. Also, i don't like lack of option to move contacts from cadence to cadence in between steps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Accurate e-mail sending and reminders.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the email tracking feature, It really helps to know when someone opens an email.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like that there is only one option for removing contacts from cadences.

What do you like best about the product?
Automation of followup is key. This keeps our Sales Development team and AE team organized and allows for high volume of outreach per day. This also allows management to track conversations and understand the cadence structure that teams are following.
What do you dislike about the product?
Email editing in cadence doesn't transfer through all emails in step. Need to update each email prior to send. Users should have the option to make edits through all prospects in cadence or edit each individually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows for easy organization of day to day activities. Call recordings made available for training purposes.
Great Tool to Use for Outbound Communication in Sales
What do you like best about the product?
I love the interface of SalesLoft and how easy it is to navigate the tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the phone connectivity sometimes. It can lag and that can really disrupt my daily outbound call flow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The business problem I am solving with SalesLoft is that I am able to consolidate both email, contact list, and phone all into one platform. The benefits I have realized are that you can stay organized with your to-do list with the cadences to make sure you are contacting your prospects in many different ways (phone, email, LinkedIn, etc.)
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is a great tool to for people that are new to sales and to people that have been in sales for a while. The analytics really help visualize how you are doing each day with outbound prospecting and the cadences are brilliant because they really keep you organized.

Not being able to mass CC an email. Only one at a time

A and B Email testing. Tracking interest with great analytics wish they were a little more granular.

What do you dislike about the product?
- I am not the admin but it can interrupt your workflow when you run out of credits and can't make calles/emails through Salesloft. Maybe a prompt to tell you when you're running low could help with this.

The power in accountability and organization
What do you like best about the product?
I like how Salesloft holds me accountable for reaching out to prospects. It keeps me on track and organized when it comes to prospecting. I love how I can create my own cadences and use my team cadences that supports my day to day workflow
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that after i've had a connected call and chose the criteria- demo scheduled, it doesn't remove the person from my cadence. I also don't like that the dial box automatically pops up (since I don't have that ability). I also wish the telephone number font was bigger in the quick actions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping prospects engaged and more follow up for our inbound leads. I've realized that I contact my prospects more and follow through with my cadences.
