Salesloft is an awesome tool that I recommend for any sales reps doing a lot of outbound work.
What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to build my own custom cadences and how the system tracks and presents data from my outreach on a day to day basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly nothing at all. It has all the features I am looking for as a sales rep.The system is very user friendly and it tracks everything that you do and also what the prospects do so it is super helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not necessarily problems but I think as a whole it has improved my process and flow in outbound. I save a lot of time because my day to day is pretty much built the day before so I can just go in and go through my cadences.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to build a cadence and monitor the results of emails. Integration with SFDC
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue I've had is with my USB headset. For some reason it doesn't work with SalesLoft (callers can't hear me, voice is digitized), however my headset works fine with other applications (i.e. Jabber). Unfortunately the suggestions from support did not resolve the issue. However, the work around is using the "pass through" feature which allows me to make calls with my mobile phone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to track email reads and click through's and determine the success of outreach is essential. it helps tailor prospecting emails and use proven strategies that get results.

To the best of my knowledge, this is the best tool I've used for sales development

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and implement. User friendly and great SFDC integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
With low bandwidth comes poor VOIP calls. Simple fix to just leverage passthrough calls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All in one place to have your sales team following up with prospect using the same cadence, email templates and calling software. SalesLoft is the recommended Sales Acceleration solution we encourage our customers to use.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Really spend the time to map out your SFDC field back to SalesLoft. SalesLoft does a great job with trainings for your team. Make sure you make your team attend these training and ask questions along the way. Their support and client success team are awesome.
SalesLoft is the best sales enablement tool I've used.
What do you like best about the product?
Ditching Salesforce tasks for SalesLoft cadences has changed the way I work. I no longer waste time clicking around and managing my work, I just work. This has freed up a ton of time and helped me get better at my job!
What do you dislike about the product?
Call quality through the IP phone service can be shaky at times, even when our work internet is rock solid. Not sure what to chalk that up to. SalesLoft desperately needs a mobile app or site. The lack of options in the people view for filtering is frustrating.

Easier reporting for the team and higher activity levels from the SDR's overall!

There are a lot of ways that SalesLoft can be customized to the needs of your team and company which makes it ideal for orgs with considerable growth as it can be consistently customized to meet your needs.

The basic reporting functions are not very robust.

It is a great tool for organizing campaigns and multi-touch marketing.

I really like how organized SalesLoft makes everything. Super efficient

I would have to say that sometimes the audio quality during calls does not always work the best

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can add people to salesloft in order to follow up with new prospects instead of having to set tasks everytime I want to make another call or email. I love the Availability function as well. That thing allows me to book appointments so much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's actually really hard to find something I dislike. I've received amazing customer service and haven't had a problem with the tool in years.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft has made cold calling so much quicker and easier. It has brought me so much business because I've been able to reach more people in less time.

populating leads to accounts via @ symbol on the email. @gmail.com for example is common, not related to all prospects in one specific entity.

Organization and maintaining a pipeline. Easy to understand and remember past engagements quickly
Reliable Product
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the call recording feature to track key words and call participation %'s.
What do you dislike about the product?
No dislikes at the moment. I think overall it's a great product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've been able to have a more seamless experience reducing the friction usually felt with these kind of technologies.

I'd use it as much as possible to track and review sales calls.
